Meet the crew of The Medium! They have put in a lot of work to help the production run smoothly. Meet our Assistant Music Director, Lauren Sweat! Favorite rehearsal memory? The first run where you get to see the show really start to come to life What do you like about working as crew? The best part about being on crew is seeing the show blossom from behind the scenes. It’s a totally different experience from being on the stage Meet our stage manager, Mackenzie McGrath! Favorite rehearsal memory? Throwing water in Bobby’s face What do you like about working as crew? “I loved watching the development of the singers throughout the rehearsal process and watching them find passion for the project.” Meet our Assistant Director, Bobby Hicks! Favorite rehearsal memory? When I blew a raspberry mid-rehearsal at the quietest part and Brianna thought it was Dr. Willis What do you like about working as crew? “Being able to experience another part of what it takes to work in a production, it was so great to be able to work alongside Dr. Willis and help make this production come to life!” Meet our publicity team, Gabby Miller! Favorite rehearsal memory? One of my favorite rehearsal memories was when Dr. Willis and Mrs Kyla brought both pianos in for rehearsal and when Jackson and Sophie learned the waltz scene. What do you like about working as crew? I love being able to see the show unfold across all the different rehearsals and I have loved being able to capture everything through photos. I also like watching all my friends bring these characters to life! Meet our publicity team, Caroline Powell! Favorite rehearsal memory? Eating all of Dr Willis’ candy with Mackenzie What do you like about working as crew? Making videos is so much fun and I love showcasing everyone who’s a part of this production! The countdown to opening night continues, and we are so excited for our show to open on October 22nd. Last Saturday, some of the cast members went around campus and into downtown Rome to hang posters for the upcoming production! Hope to see you at The Medium from October 22nd through October 24th at 7pm in the Bell Recital Hall!

“God is good, all the time! All the time, God is good!” This summer truly showed me that God is good ALL the time. God is good when I am not. God is good when my situation is not. God is SO good that he can take bad things and make them good! God took the sadness and isolation I felt following my ACL surgery, and He blessed me by putting so many amazing people in my life!!! Looking back, I am so grateful for this summer, and all the people and memories God has given me with because of it! ♥️
