Last week I spent some time with these in-credible creators @redbullmusicuk HQ.
I heard and observed the forward movement of musical culture, and we chopped it up sharing knowledge and ideas all in the name of VIBES.

The Full visual's on @Sarkodie's IG and nuff respect to the squad present on the day! (All tagged 📍) #ajking #redbullstudios #london #ghana #sarkodie #afrobeats

Sometimes weekends in your favourite hoodie with a box set, movie or a great book....& a takeaway 🥡.......time to yourself to just chill & relax is really the only way to go!
As much as I love being sociable, love seeing friends & being with the people I love most.....I do at times just like my own company.
Some people dislike time alone but I think it’s to be valued & cherished, we all need it at times like a de-clutter for our brain. Especially living in a noisy big city where life never stops! If we don’t take care of ourselves we will just malfunction.
So a little time out is good for the soul.
Anyway I hope you have an amazing weekend whatever you are doing. I am grateful for the invitations for tonight but honestly, I’m where I need to be! Right here in bed with a box set.......pure bliss! ☺️😘 •

So this is our Mama..One of the strongest women I know. She is kind, intelligent, beautiful & wise. Really there are not enough words to describe her. She isn’t a fan of social media hence her lack of appearance on my feed. Although she looks well.....she is in fact not, she is very sick indeed & she made this public to her friends recently with a smile & the class, grace & positivity that she radiates! Yes, we all love our Mummies....and so we should! I am grateful to mine as she has made me the person that I am today (only the good bits!). She has taught me to be principled, to love, to be kind & generous without asking for or expecting anything in return. To be loyal, how to be a friend to others and to work at being less selfish! And that people & life are more important than any materialistic pursuits. She’s praised & encouraged me but always in a balanced & realistic way. She has always supported & loved me, lavished me with the best kisses & cuddles that I could have wished for! For a long time it was just the two of us.. Then we were hijacked by my (now) Papa who I love so much & then by @charchar_stringer my Sissy who is just like Mama in so many ways that it often makes me smile. She’s my everything! But, she doesn’t suffer fools gladly & is an excellent judge of character (yes, I know...I’m still working on that in my personal life!!) She doesn’t tolerate bad manners, unkindness or injustice in any way & was born way ahead of her time! And oh boy she knows how to have fun!
To many of our friends she has been a second mother, we have always had to share her with many people, I used to resent it but then I realised that others needed her too. She knew it & continues to this day to be a Mummy to many. When I see the love they have for her & she for them it makes me happy. Her love for others is effortless!
Anyway.. thank you for being My Mummy, Our Mummy
I just hope we make you proud in some way! You are the most fun, intelligent person with the kindest most beautiful heart & will be forever loved! 🌟 #mummy #family #love #grateful #loyalty #kindness #happy #sacrifice #parenting #unselfish #intelligence #mother #goodparenting #grace #makeitcount
