This workshop is for every BODY who wants to play, explore and express themselves in a safe space.

Theatrical games and movement exercises are a great way to create a friendly and safe environment for people to explore their bodies, their voice, their imagination and creativity, to express themselves, to listen and to be heard.

We will gently warm up the body and mind and simply play and move together. All bodies are welcomed.
