What a wonderful start to our Wine Pairing Dinner Series at Kimchi Princess! 🍷✨

We were delighted to welcome our guests and share an evening of vibrant atmosphere, great conversations, and unforgettable flavors.

A very special thank you to Chef Hera Hwang for creating an exceptional menu, perfectly paired with wines from Lungarotti winery. Each dish harmonized beautifully with the character of the wines.

Our heartfelt thanks to Francesco Zaganelli from the Lungarotti family for guiding us through the evening with such passion and insight — making every glass even more meaningful.

Carolina is a makeup artist and hairstylist from Chile, now based in Berlin. She works in fashion and advertising, but also creates art independently — makeup artist by trade, creative at heart. She’s also a proud mom and longtime part of the Kimchi Princess circle.

She first visited Korea on a short layover en route to Singapore — a quick, intense arrival that left a strong impression. Carolina has known Young-Mi for years through her work. “She’s one of my best clients,” she says with a smile.

Her favorite dishes are Dak-galbi — spicy marinated chicken with fresh vegetables — and Tteok, the classic Korean rice cake.
