All-Age medal counts, DCA and DCI, 1965 to 2026. Slides 1 and 2: the top tier, DCA Open Class, then World Class, then DCI All-Age. 3 and 4: A Class, the smallest tier, from 1997. 5: Open Class as a middle tier, which only existed from 2022. 6: the DCI era alone, 2024 to 2026. Reading Buccaneers lead with twenty two top tier titles. Hawthorne Caballeros have the most podiums at forty one. No single source covers all of this. #DCI2026 #DCI #AllAge #DrumCorps #marchingarts The rest of the top tier. Only fifteen corps have ever finished top three in an All-Age top division championship since 1965. Minnesota Brass took the 2011 title and hold five seconds. Cadets 2 won in 2016. Westshoremen won in 1996. Atlanta CV have five podiums without a title, the most of any corps in the tier never to win it. No single source covers all of this. Figures reconciled across archives. #DCI2026 #DCI #AllAge #DrumCorps #marchingarts A Class was DCA’s smallest tier, introduced in 1997, and it continues under DCI. Twenty six corps have placed top three. Govenaires own it with six titles and eighteen podiums, placing top three in nearly two of every three championships ever held. Carolina Gold are next with three titles. Heat Wave have two titles and four seconds. No single source covers all of this. Figures reconciled across archives. #DCI2026 #DCI #AllAge #DrumCorps #marchingarts The rest of A Class. Nine of the twenty six corps here reached the podium exactly once. Alliance won in 2008. Chops Inc won in 2005. Chieftains won the first A Class title in 1997. Erie Thunderbirds, SoCal Dream and Sun Devils each have two podiums and no title. Note that A Class finals fielded only four corps in most years, and only two from 2001 through 2004. #DCI2026 #DCI #AllAge #DrumCorps #marchingarts The smallest board in this set. Open Class only became a middle tier in 2022, when DCA added World Class above it, so only four have ever been contested. Cincinnati Tradition and Connecticut Hurricanes have two titles each. White Sabers have three second places and no title, the only corps in any All-Age tier with that record. No single source covers all of this. Figures reconciled acros

Year 7 done What a summer. New corps, new division, new job, first time as horn sergeant and prepping for a power lifting meet at the height of the season, and a ton of other stuff too. Still ended up with new memories and new friends (and some old ones too) Can't wait to continue building on this next year 🔥 Bury me under the turf 😤

Update: Crossmen's synthesizer and mallet spots have been filled . . We have an update to DCI's Fill Every Corps spreadsheet, which highlights open spots in World Class, Open Class, and All-Age corps. According to DCI, there are currently 1,365 available positions across World Class, Open Class, and All-Age Class, plus any additional unlisted open spots in SoundSport . . Remember, We will be marking whether open spots came from DCI's List, denoted with a small DCI logo by the corps, or if it came from a corps directly. If they didn't come directly from DCI, the only sources that will be used for our Open Spots posts will be; corps that actively list their open spots, whether that be on their website, on social media, or elsewhere, open spots according to DCI's "2026 March Drum Corps Current Openings" spreadsheet, corps, directors, or caption heads that have directly reached out to either us or @marchdrumcorps, or any SoundSport corps that are actively recruiting, since, unfortunately, DCI doesn't include them in their initiative . . For additional clarity, if a corps has "All Brass" spots available, that includes trumpet, mellophone, baritone, euphonium, and tuba spots. If a corps has "All Battery" spots available, that includes snare, multi-tenor, and bass spots, which is why some corps have "All Battery" as well as "Cymbal" spots available, since not every corps marches cymbals. If a corps has "All Guard" spots available, that includes flag, rifle, and saber spots . . To see DCI's full spreadsheet, visit bit.ly/FillEveryCorps26, which includes additional non-performing positions available, such as Met Techs, Interns, and Stage Managers #marchforth #dci2026 #dci #drumcorps #dciopenclass #dciallage #soundsport
