first sunday without a long run in 18 weeks 🥲

still reflecting on how incredibly fun this race was. how fortunate am I to have partied my way through 29 neighborhoods with a smile on my face. work hard, play hard 🥳

Chicago Marathon!!!!!! 4:31:24!! what a gorgeous day to beat my previous marathon time by 28 minutes & 5 seconds 🤩

thanks to everyone who pushed me to get across that line, today & through the last 4 months of training. I couldn’t have done it without my friends, family, and team @lungevity by my side. this one’s for Bubba & dědeček 💙

i’m so excited to do the rest of the @wmmajors (but in no rush at all) ⭐️

the Lord has continued to reveal Himself to me this month as El Roi!!!! He is a God who sees me, cares for me, and desires for me to know His love. what a kind God i get to serve!
