🌱Update: the $200 Immediate Care Grant application is now closed🌱

We received more applications in the first week than we can fund at the moment, and we are deeply grateful for the response. Selected applicants will be notified by email, with funds going out as soon as possible, and no later than December 2026.

Hi Farmer Friends!

Starting today, applications are open for Real Farmer Care’s Immediate Care Grant — $200 to cover a single, immediate self-care need. A massage after a hard season. A first therapy session. New boots with orthotics. Whatever care looks like for you, right now.

The online application (link in bio) includes a few short reflection questions — plan for about 20 minutes. If you’re selected, we’ll also ask for a photo of yourself on your farm to share alongside your story.

A few things to know before you apply: — You must be a farmer/rancher or farm worker (or applying on their behalf) in the contiguous United States or any U.S. territory engaged in soils-based agricultural production (equine, forestry, aquaculture and medicinal cannabis operations are not eligible), with farm income over $1,000 in 2025 — If you’ve received a $100 or $200/$250 Immediate Care Grant from us before, you’re not eligible to apply again 
Applications close as soon as max capacity for this round has been reached. We’ll notify all applicants by November, with all funds going out before the end of December at the latest.

Farming asks everything of you. Join the 676 farmers who have received a grant so far. This is one small way Real Farmer Care can tend to you.
