Thank you Jesus for my family and friends. I love getting to watch how the Lord continues to bless me abundantly in all aspects of my life. He is faithful always. I am so grateful for his provision, grace, and mercy in my life, He is a good Father!

When you carry peace within yourself, you carry the culture of heaven. It’s been such a journey to be walking with the Lord and being filled so much by the spirit he gave me in putting my trust in him in everything I do in being a child of light of the one who payed the price for me. He became my father when I became fatherless and deeply protects me by his love and blessed me with loving friends and an amazing community. Through hardship and adversity, By His Blood, I’ve been washed from the inside. It never gets old to worship, never gets old to pray, never gets old to deeply know his word, and never gets old to pray for others. Cheers for being 24 and the many years to come.

These past months I’ve witnessed favor and blessing from the Lord like never before. He continues to provide for me and bring peace throughout my daily life, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Some of my favorite moments:
I got to see Ken graduate college, (you’re amazing and I’m so proud of you).
I finished my first year of school on the Deans List.
I get to watch my perfect niece grow and smile.
I moved into my first apartment.
I got to see my friends in Abilene and experience true fellowship.
Youth put on its first worship night and I got to witness them experience selfless worship.

“Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.”

This year has brought so much growth in my life. It has taught me patience, love, and understanding in ways I didn’t know I lacked. I am so grateful for the life God has gifted me with and the opportunities he has brought to me. I am overwhelmed by his mercy and grace everyday. He has brought the greatest friends into my life and I am undone by his hand on each relationship. Thank you Jesus for another year, yay for 22!

This past Sunday I wept as I was spoken to by The Lord as a reminder that “it’s not about a position but rather a position of the heart”. When we give ourselves fully to The Lord in a moment, all else fades, everything is suddenly not thought of because of His overwhelming love. That’s it. That’s the posture He’s looking for. It’s trust.

So often we can walk through life in worry/doubt but what if you just simply took the route you were always born to take? Look to Jesus. Because He knows the answer? No, He is the answer. How great is that? HES THE ANSWER FRIEND. HIS BLOOD IS EVERYTHING.

Praise God He never looks down at us in disgust and wishing He saw something else. No. Jesus stood in our place now restoring what was once lost which is a relationship with our Heavenly Father. He’s looking down at us smiling due to the work of the cross. Sin no longer has power over us. We are redeemed. Washed clean.

Take a moment to reflect on what you don’t deserve and remember that you were Jesus’ joy which led Him to endure the cross. Oh if you really and I mean really knew that all He wants is you, how different would you wake up everyday? Think about it. Not too much though, no need to strive. HAHA BECAUSE IT IS FINISHED! ❤️‍🔥
