3rd birthday for my best buddy.

Miles has grown up so much in the past year. He loves Spiderman(specifically Tobey Maguire), music, sskatball(basketball), Ninja turtles, church, mingos(Danny go), quoting movies with Mom, uncle Luka, chippys(chick fil a fries), and samiches(uncrustables).

He’s the life of the party but also a chill hang. One of his favorite things to do is just ride in the car and listen to whatever music is playing. He will go 30-45 minutes without saying a word. Just looks out the window and hums to himself.

He also screams, has a temper, tells us to “shut up” sometimes, breaks literally anything, and can be a pretty mischievous little guy.

He is a great sleeper but doesn’t always make it through the night in his own bed. He crawls up right on my pillow and says “gimme a hug” or “sweepy” which means snuggle up!

He is great with his little brother. Always concerned about where he is and what he’s doing, and occasionally likes to bully him.

I truly don’t know who I’d be without Miles. I pray every night we’d be best friends forever. I know time is moving fast but we are cherishing every moment.

FINALLY RAN A HALF MARATHON!

Had a few goals:
1. Start it.✅
2. Don’t walk.✅
3. Finish in under 2.5hrs(not fast but doable for me rn).✅
Here’s what I learned:
1. Progress is more important than “perfection”.💯
2. My word needs to mean something to me before it can mean anything to anyone else.🤝🏽
3. Listen and learn from people who are better than me.⚡️

I’m not sure what’s next. Maybe another half or a full marathon. Maybe just some progress.
