POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Both of our trips ended far too early. In the end, each of us made the most of time we were given. We made it back home to find peace, and know that you have found peace as well.

We love you, Billy… we will always be traveling together, side by side. ❤️

Let’s take a moment to reflect on this week. ✨

When things feel dark or overwhelming, it’s often the small moments that bring light – those little things that remind us of hope, resilience, and possibility.

Gratitude is such a simple but powerful tool. When we focus on the good, even in tough times, it shifts our mindset and helps us feel more present. It reduces stress, lifts our mood, and creates a ripple of kindness around us.

Even the tiniest things – like a smile from a stranger – can make a difference, and over time, they help rewire our brains. We don’t need to force this, just what felt good about this week for you? There’s no right answer - all of you is welcome.

We all have a natural tendency to focus on the negative (it’s just how we’re wired), but by practicing gratitude, we can consciously shift that focus back to the positive. This is the kind of work I’m doing to help others build that awareness and make it a habit.

So, what are you grateful for? Share your glimmers from the week below – let’s spread some light! 🌟

Also if you tag those you are grateful for - if indeed it’s a person - or message or call them to let them know - they will get a oxytocin boost, all accessing our happy hormones - a virtual hug 🤗

Happy 18th anniversary to Menos el Oso! Grab a FREE download of the album on @bandcamp and pick up the LP for $17 on limited edition opaque pink vinyl! Offer good through 10 AM on Thursday, August 24th.

Link in bio.

"[Minus the Bear's] intricate guitar work and shimmering atmospherics supporting longing lyrics dealing lost love, exotic travel, and pastoral landscapes prove why they are likely the next Seattle
indie-rock band to go stratospheric. “ - Filter Magazine

“There’s a constant sense of forward motion to Menos el Oso that suits the whole metaphor of growing up and growing out.” - @altpress

"The intricately woven guitars and propulsive beats that anchor Menos el Oso aren't just "math rock" exercises, they're a vital mode of expression..." - @theonion

"A steady rhythm section flows beneath Jake Snider's sturdy vocals while Dave Knudson's staccato guitar compositions lightly dance on the surface, consistently adding both a vibrant beauty and an anxious energy to the music.” - @thestrangerseattle

So proud of this. As part of our collaboration with London College of Fashion we thought about what happens to the garment after the owner is finished with it. We had new patterns drawn up for selected items so instead of donating, go to our website and download a whole new pattern for your local seamstress to work to. Two complete outfits, double the life of your garment. Absolutely loved working with the students on this. Happy #earthday

Let’s all wish this wonderful, kind, talented, creative, beautiful woman a Happy 40th (it was yesterday, btw). I love you Caz! Thank you for importing me to the UK and being the best person to travel, laugh, eat (pray, love), raise a dog, play music, and even argue with… here’s to many more years of all of the above xo 🍰🥂🎉❤️ @caggeejack

Slowly coming back in a quiet routine, crazy months and one big adventure. Scrolling back to all my work I came across these 3 fun and magical days shooting and filming for @monsoon with a female super team. Soon more work and many new adventures and trips in advance. Summer is here, always salty.
