Flew from Camp 1 to Camp 150! 🩵💪🏽🦸🏽‍♀️

So much has changed! The before and afters will always get me😬😅 Sure, the numbers have changed, and I’m incredibly proud of that progress. But I’ll continue to say this - this journey was about SO much more than a number on the scale.

I feel better, I’m wearing clothes I hadn’t worn in forever, and I’m stronger than I ever imagined physically and mentally. Apparently it’s PR week for me!! My first UNASSISTED pull-up, tricep pressing 60 lbs, getting SO close to a sub-30-minute 5K, and squatting 160lbs today (thank you @fofroilan )🤯
Like, WHO IS THIS PERSON?! 🫣

I started this journey wanting to be thinner. Now? I want to see how strong I can get, how far I can run, and what my body is capable of. I’m eating to FUEL instead of eating less to lose weight. (Thank you, @tammyrenee , for putting up with your problem child. 😂🫶🏼) That mindset shift might just be my biggest accomplishment.

Burn has become such a huge part of my life, and what really makes my heart full is knowing I’ve had a positive influence on others. What they don’t realize is the influence started with THEM. I went from showing up for myself to showing up for each other because we’re doing this TOGETHER. The friendships, trainers, encouragement, laughs, and even those 5:30 AM mornings where I question my life decisions. 🥴 Burn Fam, y’all have NO idea how much you inspire me and impact my life. It genuinely makes me tear up. I hope I make even half the difference in yours that you’ve made in mine. 🩵

With my half marathon coming up, I’ll be scaling back on camps a little to prioritize running and recovery. The FOMO will be REAL because my day genuinely doesn’t feel complete without Burn. 😭 But I’m learning that progress isn’t always about doing MORE. Sometimes it’s about giving your body what it needs to keep getting stronger.

150 camps, countless PRs, and a completely different mindset than the girl who walked into Camp 1.

So happy with where I am, excited for where I’m going, and forever grateful for my Burn family and trainers. 🩵

Here’s to getting stronger, chasing new goals, and doing it TOGETHER! LET’S GOO!!!💪🏽💪🏽

Every day there is bombing, every day there are violations of the ceasefire, and the war is still ongoing. There is no safe place in the Gaza Strip. Please help me and my family and donate to me through the link so I can travel, continue my school education, and have the most basic rights. 😭

The end of an era, but not the end of the ride. Grateful for every push, every climb, and every beat that made us stronger together. Here’s to the next chapter and the energy we’ll carry forward. It’s not these four walls that made us who we are, but the people who pushed us to be better and love hard. This community will remain even after the doors close. Thank you, CBK. I’ll love you forever. ❤️🖤
