🍂 A little glimpse of last night’s sound bath 🍂

With candles glowing, pumpkins gathered around our little seasonal altar, and a touch of Halloween magic in the air, we settled into an evening of deep rest, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls ✨

I’m always grateful to everyone who comes along and takes this time for themselves. There’s something special about sharing these moments of stillness and connection together 🌙

Our next monthly sound bath is on Sunday 8th November, I’d love to welcome you along

For the love of horses 🤍🐎

The sun shined upon us today for our 'Road to Bridleless' clinic with coach @georgia.plimbley 🌞 what a fantastic day exploring trust, understanding and communication!

For some, today meant taking the bridle off for the very first time. For others, it was about improving what was already there.

Well done everyone!

Last night’s Autumn Sound Bath was filled with such a lovely group and the most beautiful, tranquil energy 🍂

We began with our gentle Autumn Equinox meditation before settling into the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, creating a little space to pause, breathe and simply be.

The loveliest part was hearing that everyone enjoyed the experience and left feeling deeply rested… floating home into the evening 🤍 thank you to everyone who joined me and brought your beautiful energy into the room.

✨ A beautiful afternoon of stillness, breath and sound ✨

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being part of the @tribefortune wellness event at the beautiful former Baptist Church in Dumfries.

We began with an Autumn Equinox meditation, taking time to pause, breathe and reflect as we gently move into a new season, followed my a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound bath 🍂

The energy in the room was so tranquil as the beautiful sound of the bowls filled the church.

And what a venue to experience it in, the acoustics of the building created such a beautiful and atmospheric soundscape.

A huge thank you toneveryonevwho@joined us and allowed yourselves this time to pause and simply be.

And thank you to Tribe Fortune for inviting us to be part of such a lovely event. It was a real pleasure to be there 💜

🍂✨ A handful of spaces remain …✨🍂

This Sunday evening at 7pm, we return to the beautiful Old School in Thornhill for our monthly sound bath.

As we move towards the Autumn Equinox, this month’s session will begin with a gently guided meditation inspired by the turning of the season - a moment to pause, breathe, reflect and gently let go of what you no longer need 💛

Then settle and allow the soothing tones and vibrations of the crystal sound bowls to wash over you, creating space for deep rest, relaxation and stillness 🤎

🗓️ Sunday 13th September • 7pm
📍 Old School Thornhill, Dumfries and Galloway
✨ A handful of spaces remaining

If you’ve been feeling the need to slow down, exhale and give yourself time to simply be, maybe this is your invitation 🌙

Georgia here!

I was privileged to organise Scotland’s Horsemanship LIVE, which took place this week... and I think it’s only just hit me quite how incredible that night was.

Thank you to everyone who came and filled that arena to celebrate horses with us. I was genuinely stunned by your support.

And thank you to every horse, rider, demonstrator, helper and person behind the scenes who made it possible. For one night we were all under one roof, united by a singular heart... to keep striving to be better for our horses, and the desire to do right by them. To help one another in that journey.

Scotland. Your horse community is magical.

To everyone who was part of the night, thank you.

And to my team of horses - Brugie, Tundi, Dante, Twiglet. I love you boys with my whole heart. Thank you for impressing my every single day with your spirit, honesty, courage and trust.

Love,

Georgia x

🐴 MEET THE DEMONSTRATORS: CAROL & BLONDIE - Working Equitation

Carol Rogerson is a passionate horsewoman from Dumfries & Galloway whose partnership with her palomino mare, Blondie, has led them to explore an wonderfully varied range of equestrian disciplines.

Together, Carol and Blondie enjoy Working Equitation, side saddle and horseback archery, with Blondie proving herself a willing and versatile partner whatever they turn their hooves to.

At Scotland’s Horsemanship LIVE, Carol will be sharing two of the disciplines they enjoy together — Working Equitation and side saddle — giving audiences a glimpse into the different skills, challenges and traditions behind each.

For Carol and Blondie, it’s less about specialising in one discipline and more about having a go, learning together and building a confident, trusting partnership along the way - while having plenty of fun doing it!

See Carol next week at SCOTLAND'S HORSEMANSHIP LIVE! ✨🐴

(This event has sold out).
