📍WWOT Club Launch x 19Fifty Seven Restaurant | @whereweoffto_ @19fiftyseven_restaurant 🇬🇭 Nearest Station: Queens Road Peckham (15 mins walk) ✨PR/Invite✨ What I had: 👉🏾Lamb chinchinga £10.50😍 👉🏾Red red (plantain w/ beans & gari) £15😍 👉🏾Rum punch😍 👉🏾Lychee martini 🇬🇭Ghana ghana ghana.. it deffo rings a bell🤪. I mean it’s still our independence month! Might aswell end it with a BANG😌. I was kindly invited to the launch of a new business venture, the WWOT Club, founded by one of my fellow creators Tiwaah (@whereweoffto_) at one Ghanaian restaurant I’ve always wanted to go to - 19Fifty Seven!😍. The WWOT Club is all about bringing community together, coming alone and leaving with connections and i’m happy to be a member. The restaurant is located on Old Kent Road, not far from ESQ Bar. The interior is small, i appreciated the decor of Ghana’s history! It is very cosy, they even have a downstairs section! The set menu for the night was lovely, there was something for everyone. I opted for the Rum punch which was quite strong, it tasted juice and is a silent creeper😂. I had the lychee martini also which I thought was very sweet but it done the job destination wise😂 (iykyk). For starters, I had the lamb chinchinga which I haven’t had in a while! One bite and it took back to Ghana. It tasted like it was freshly grilled on the street😍, the suya pepper spice wasn’t too bad, the lamb was tender and flavourful! My main was the traditional red red with the gari on the side to mix in😍. I like red red so it was a no brainer I was going to enjoy this. My only criticism is that the plantain : beans ratio was a bit off, there was more beans than plantain😭! I prefer more plantain than beans. The customer service was really good! Top tier, very friendly and professional! They done well to cater to a large group of us and look after us! The night was fun and jam packed full of fun activities, games & ice breakers with emotional segments of Tiwaah’s speech, prayers, toasts, blessings, encouraging notes of affirmations + Q&A about the club. ⬇️Review cont. in comments

📍Grasso | @grasso_soho 🇮🇹🇺🇸 Nearest Station: Tottenham Court Road - Elizabeth line (2 mins walk) What we got: 👉🏾Mozzarella sticks (w/ hot honey & nduja) £10😍 👉🏾Rosemary Garlic bread w/ mozzarella £9 (+£2 extra for mozzarella) 👉🏾Grasso’s Lobster linguine (w/ vodka red sauce & chilli) £39 👉🏾Meatball melt pizza (w/ fennel sausage, tomato sauce, mozzarella & parmesan) £19 Overdue birthday dinner review!🥳🤩 For my birthday dinner, @unfamiliar.eats decided to treat me to Grasso - this spot I have been wanting to try out forever🤣🤣, there was a time where everytime I logged onto Choplife, it would be the first thing I would see! 😍. The interior of the restaurant is very much giving intimate dining vibes with the low lights, however, it was PACKED and lively so it was defintiely giving family restaurant vibes too🥰. For starters, I had to try the INFAMOUS mozzarella dippers with hot honey & nduja that had me so intrigued with Grasso in the first place!🤔 Let me just say this… I’m coming back to Grasso because of this starter alone😩. Okay review done😂. THE CHEESE PULL?! THE STREETS WEREN’T LYING!🫨it’s insane and the FLAVOURSS? SPEECHLESS😶. The best mozzarella dippers I’ve ever tried!👏🏾 Unfortunately, it couldn’t compare to the rosemary garlic bread. We added mozzarella to it for an extra £2. It did taste heavenly. Melt in your mouth, warm & garlicky. Felt like eating really soft warm Turkish bread that you get & end up getting really full on😅. However, there was way too much rosemary for me. It started to change the taste of the garlic bread☹️ For mains, I got their iconic lobster linguine. The portion size was crazy! The price point makes sense. There was a good amount of lobster meat in the lobster. The lobster smelt and tasted SO FRESH, as if it came straight out of the ocean!🦞🌊 The linguine was cooked well, it wasn’t too soft or mushy. The sauce tasted okay but it lacked seasoning for me, had to put quite alot of salt in it which I never do cause I don’t like too much salt in my food😔. The chilli didn’t really add anything to the meal. ⬇️Review cont. in comments

📍Ma Petite Jamaica, Camden | @mapetitejamaica 🇯🇲 Nearest Station: Camden Town (1 min walk) What we had: **90 mins Jamaican Bottomless Brunch for £31.50pp 😍 (1 starter & 1 main from the brunch menu with unlimited rum punch OR prosecco) Our Brunch Choice: 👉🏾Pumpkin & sweet potato fritters w/ spiced mango chutney, chilli jam & mixed leaves😍 👉🏾Jerk chicken wings w/ sweet potato crisps & jerk sauce😍 👉🏾Jerk chicken leg covered in jerk sauce w/ fried dumpling, coleslaw, sunshine salad & rice & peas😍 👉🏾Spiced buttermilk chicken tenders & BBQ pork ribs w/ fries & coleslaw I’ve already been to Ma Petite Jamaica (Camden branch) before around 2021 (post-COVID) and I absolutely loved the food, the drink and the vibes there😍 (my first time trying oxtail there and it sparked my love for it ever since then😮‍💨😅). However, I’ve never tried their bottomless brunch before🙈 so I was happy that @unfamiliar.eats could treat me there. We decided to get their rum punch and now Bar Beach Grill needs to take notes from Ma Petite because THAT’S WHAT I CALL A RUM PUNCH😍! It was strong but tasted like juice at the same time, it was very addictive!🤩 For starters, I had the pumpkin & sweet potato fritters and I thoroughly enjoyed this!👏🏾 I really appreciated the presentation of the food. It looked like bofrot/puff puff🥹. I don’t normally like pumpkin but it actually complimented the sweet potato!😯 This combo with the mango chutney was making sense. I would get another round of that. @unfamiliar.eats enjoyed his jerk wings, cleaning them off the bone!🤣🦴 For mains, I had the traditional jerk chicken leg w/ rice & peas, coleslaw & salad. I thought the jerk chicken was grilled to perfection and had the perfect amount of spice, the flavours were flavouring & the sauce wasn’t too much and the portion size was good too! I already liked their rice & peas from an earlier visit. Their dumpling tasted great too but I got pretty full up quickly😂. ⬇️Review cont. in comments

📍Vapiano, Great Portland Street | @vapianouk 🇮🇹🍝🍕 Nearest Station: Oxford Circus (3 mins walk) What we had: **90 mins Saturday Bottomless Brunch with a LIVE DJ for £35pp (+10% service charge) ‼️LIMITED TIME ONLY - until Saturday 6th September 2025!‼️ (1 starter, 1 main (fresh pasta, pizza or salad) per person with UNLIMITED Prosecco, mimosas, strawberry mojitos, aperol spritz, bottles of Moretti & mocktails too!) Our Brunch Choice: 👉🏾Classic bruschetta 👉🏾Limone chicken skewers😍 👉🏾Marry me chicken pasta😍 👉🏾Chicken alfredo pasta 👉🏾Multiple rounds of Mimosas, prosecco & 1 round of Strawberry mojitos Okay, I know what you’re thinking.. a Vapiano review? Been there, done that..🫩 but no! I bet you haven’t been to a VAPS BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH😏? Yeah exactly! I’ve been going Vapiano’s back in 2017 when I started my first job (shout out to @whitney.rl for putting me on to our post-work pizza nights🥹🍕). When @unfamiliar.eats told me they have a bottomless brunch, i was so excited to go! We went to celebrate @unfamiliar.eats ‘ anniversary🥳 We rotated between mimosas (which I thought was nice) & prosecco (which I actually hate but I was warned by my girl to not get the strawberry daiquiri because it’s too light🤣). We tried this just to have an opinion on it ourselves and it just tasted like water😔. For the drinks, you don’t have to stick to just prosecco/mimosas for the whole 90 mins, you can mix & match which made the whole brunch SO FUN🤣. If you’re a heavyweight like me, PRO TIP: Rotate between prosecco & mimosas🧏🏾‍♀️, thank me later! 📝 For starters, I got the bruschetta which was bog standard, I haven’t had it in a long time so I thought to get that. @unfamiliar.eats tried their Limone chicken skewers which I thought looked bland & unseasoned but it actually packed a good amount of flavour to it😲! For mains, I tried their NEW Marry Me Chicken pasta and Vapiano’s don’t miss with their pasta so I thoroughly enjoyed this😍. I appreciate them now putting cheese on your pasta and asking how much you want (I visited a couple times and they didn’t do this!). If you like tomato & herby pasta then you would like this! ⬇️Review cont. in comments

📍Eighty’s Kitchen | @eightyskitchen 🇯🇲🇳🇬 Nearest Station: Canning Town (13 mins walk) Our meal: 👉🏾Rice & peas 👉🏾Jerk chicken meal £12.50😍 👉🏾Oxtail meal £13.50 😍 👉🏾Fried chicken meal £12.50 👉🏾Mac & cheese £3.50😍 👉🏾Festival £2😍 👉🏾Dumpling £2😍 👉🏾Chicken patties (x2)😍 👉🏾Fresh homemade fruit punch £3.50 (x2) 😍 ✨PR/Invite✨ I was recently invited to Eighty’s Kitchen to try out their Caribbean offerings on their menu as they are known as an Afro-Caribbean spot in the heart of Canning Town. Who else than to invite my brother @kevindopez who loves a good jamaican meal more than anyone🤣. The shop is quite easy to find on the high street and the interior is small but it has personality, I really liked the decor as it gives a personal but East London touch to the place. For drinks, we got the homemade fruit punch & lemme tell you?! I’m coming back just for this ALONE😍. It tasted SO fresh and it was so refreshing, the flavours of the fruits were perfect without it being too sweet👌🏾. This is hands down one of the best fruit punches I’ve tried, a perfect pre-drink mixer to a lil bit of Wray’s on the way to a motive 😂🤪 For the food… We was given a feast, we didn’t even know where to start😍! We both liked the rice & peas, we thought it tasted nice. The jerk chicken was one of my fave items i’ve tried! The chicken was tender, soft & so flavourful🤩. You could taste the smokiness of the jerk. I don’t normally get jerk chicken from Caribbean spots because it personally doesn’t do it for me (tends to be dry) but this one was serious😍😍😍. I absolutely loved the jerk gravy aswell. We was warned by the lovely lady that makes the oxtail that it would be too spicy but it wasn’t!😅 Me and my brother LOVED the oxtail! It was soft, juicy & meaty! It came right off the bone! I also enjoyed the gravy. I liked the flavour of the fried chicken, however, my brother thought it was a bit hard🥲. I also thought the breading was a bit too tough but other than that, the fried chicken is tasted great! We both really liked the mac & cheese. It was cheesy & seasoned! The cheese pull wasn’t the best but it was still delicious. ⬇️Review cont. in comments

📍Moonshot Social Batting Cages, Westfield White City | @moonshot_social ⚾️🇺🇸 Nearest Station: Shepherd’s Bush (2-3 mins walk) What we done: *30 mins Batting Cage Experience £14 pp What we had: 👉🏾The Big mac dog £8.50 (w/ burger sauce, burger cheese, crispy fries & dill pickle) 😍 👉🏾Korean kimchi dog £8.50 (w/ kimchi, sriracha sauce & mayo & crispy onions) 😍 *You can choose beef/chicken/veggie. 👉🏾Fish house punch (w/ Hennessy, peach, lemon & shark??🦈😂) £12 😍 (x2) ✨PR/Invite✨ Choplife’s 1st collab with an activity!🤩 I was invited down by Moonshot Social to try out their batting cage experience! I’m not amazing at batting but it was a fun date idea with @unfamiliar.eats! They are conveniently located at Westfield (White City branch). I really liked the decor of the place too! If you haven’t been to a batting cage experience before, you will enjoy Moonshot! The batting games are pretty easy - you just have to beat your opponent and get a higher score than them by attempting to hit the numbered targets around the cage (Single, Double & Triple). The ball is thrown at you by a virtual pitcher (which I thought was throwing the ball too low for me at times!). The other game consists of survival - ensuring that you don’t get a strike to lose your lives💀 Clearly I wasn’t good at it & forgot that it was my turn at one point🤣. @unfamiliar.eats literally kept hitting the ball out of the park! In the end, it was only right that he won🤣 (maybe next time😂). We thoroughly enjoyed the food! We both got hot dogs - you have the choice of beef/chicken & veggie which I appreciate. The Big Mac hot dog tasted really yummy! I loved the additiob of the crispy fries ontop that mimic crispy onions😍. The korean kimchi dog tasted insane aswell, it was really packed with flavour!👏🏾. Now onto the drinks, I wasn’t sure about the cocktail we picked cause we saw SHARK?🤣🦈 but honestly this cocktail tasted AMAZING! Not to mention it just comes in a shark cup so it won me over with aesthetics aswell!🤣. The drink tasted strong but the Hennessy wasn’t overpowering, it was mixed perfectly😍! Couldn’t fault it! Deffo a recommendation from me! ⬇️Review cont. in comments

📍Haus of Vibes x SuyaJerks Cococure Haus Old School R&B Bottomless Brunch | @cococure.haus @suyajerks 🍸🍹🎶 Nearest Station: Stratford (7 mins walk) What we had: *1 Hour Bottomless Rum Punch (or Prosecco) with 1 main meal with a side option (£25 pp) Bottomless rum punch option (£15 pp extra) 👉🏾Beef suya & plantain 👉🏾Jerk chicken & plantain 👉🏾Rum punch😍 *Brunch with bottomless drink FROM £38pp (depending on the options you go for) Another review, another bottomless brunch! Your girl won her first giveaway!🥳 Who would have thought it?? NOT ME🤣😌! Shout out to DJ Ayo Matthews (@iamayomatthews ) for that one Now everyone and their mama has been to Cococure Haus in Stratford (I’ve only been once before this🙈) and I had a time, so I knew this time was gonna be lit aswell, with my girl. Located not far from Stratford station, this spot is the place to be not just for the club, but for a bottomless brunch too! This bottomless brunch came different (it’s NEW!) and I really liked it because it wasn’t just a sit down brunch! There was interactive games (e.g. Guess the song/artist playing etc.) that the guests can get involved in, karaoke and a live DJ playing bangers and any song requests you may have (appreciated the note of appreciation🥰) , all whilst you’re being served bottomles rum punch/prosecco - of course, we picked the rum! We only had an hour of unlimited drinks so we drank fast🤣. The rum punch was tasty, it wasn’t too strong but it’s definitely a creeper💀, it hit us half way through the brunch. The food was by SuyaJerks and the options were quite limited but granted that they are just starting out so maybe there will be more on the menu soon. I got the beef suya with plantain and I loved the spice and flavour of the suya but I found the suya to be a tad bit too chewy at times. The cucumber looked & tasted old so that put me off the salad. The plantain was soft & I thought it was alright but I didn’t like how it was cut (i’m picky ik🥲😂). My friend liked the jerk chicken & plantain but it went cold really quickly. Although the food wasn’t the best, it didn’t stop us having an amazing time overall! ⬇️Review cont. in comments

📍The Burger Firm, Colindale | @theburgerfirm 🍔🍟🧇 Nearest Station: Colindale (16 mins walk) What we got: 👉🏾Thanos burger (double smashed cheeseburger w/ crispy chicken breast, cheese sauce, lettuce, caramelised onions, turkey rashers, fried egg, halloumi & house gherkin sauce) £18 👉🏾Return of the mac burger £11.95 (crispy chicken burger w/ lettuce, american cheese, mac & cheese triangles & house sauce) 😍 👉🏾Loaded box (chipbox) £13.45 (crinkle fries w/ chopped beef & cheese patty, chopped crispy chicken breast, lettuce, onions) 😍 👉🏾Mac & cheese triangles £4.95😍 👉🏾Say cheese fries £4.95 👉🏾Mr T milkshake £6.95 (snickers & nutella) 👉🏾Blockbusta milkshake £6.95 (popcorn & Daim chocolate)😍 👉🏾Pistachio stash croffle £10.95 (nutella, pistachio, pistachio sauce)😍 Dips: sweet chilli (50p), garlic mayo (50p), BBQ sauce & house sauce (£1) ✨PR/Invite✨ The Burger Firm has been on my list so I was so happy that they invited me to come down to check out their new branch in Colindale in NW London - we love a local collab!😍. I had to bring @diningwithernest_ with me! The new spot is conveniently located on the high street, just further down from Burnt Oak Broadway and going towards West Hendon Broadway. The exterior & interior is clean, sleek & modern which I liked. Me and my brother ordered everything & the kitchen sink🤣. We tried the Thanos burger (which had just about everything you could put in a burger😅) and it is BIG! Deffo a two-hander😳! My brother really liked it & enjoyed the components of the burger together but he thought it was insanely messy. I had the Return of the mac burger which was smaller but was still girthy🤣. The burger tasted really really nice, especially with the soft mac & cheese triangles, house sauce & tender fried chicken😍. It wasn’t dry! We both really enjoyed the Loaded chipbox which was FULLY LOADED😆! We was fighting over who was taking the leftovers🤣! If you’re getting a chipbox, I highly recommend getting the loaded one! It wasn’t too much because of the double meat, the price of the portion size is very much justifiable, just the chipbox alone can pretty much fill you up! ⬇️Review cont. in comments

📍Grind, Liverpool Street | @grind ☕️🥂🍳🥞🍵 Nearest Station: Liverpool Street (2 mins walk) What I got: 👉🏾Buttermilk pancakes (w/ whipped mascarpone, berry compote & maple syrup) £15.50 👉🏾Iced strawberry matcha £4.50 I honestly thought Grind was just your ordinary coffee spot as they are well know for their coffee right?🫣 Little did I know, that they have branches that do bottomless brunches, serving breakfast through to dinner! A new addition was joining my family so I found a cute brunch spot in Liverpool Street for @diningwithernest_ & @allthings_nessa to to celebrate their baby shower! 🧸 Nearly everyone opted for the 90 mins weekend bottomless brunch until 4:30pm (you pick a main menu item and pay £23-£27extra pp for bottomless prosecco/mojitos or aperol spritz). I just went for the normal brunch option😂. I tried their iced strawberry matcha and I initially really liked this! The strawberry was fresh and it was very present in the matcha. It was definitely refreshing and they offer a good portion size. However, I felt like all of the matcha fell to the bottom of the drink (even after mixing) so it started tasting real earthy REAL QUICKLY🥲😅🤣. I couldn’t really stomach it, i’m so used to the Blank Street matchas🙈! If that doesn’t make me a real matcha drinker, then so be it!🤣🫣 For my main, I tried their buttermilk pancakes and I loved the portion size! Definitely worth the coins! These pancakes were crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside🥰. I would have liked more maple syrup on the initial pancakes themselves and not just on the bottom of the plate. I’ve realised I’m not really a berry compote on pancakes type of girl as I found the compote WAY TOO SICKLY quickly😣. I’ve never tried mascarpone before and yep.. I didn’t like it, it was way too much for me. I didn’t like the flavours together for me personally. So I couldn’t finish it cause of that😭. The pancakes are very filling so you’ll get full 100%. 10/10 customer service. Staff were bantering with us and were topping up drinks. They made sure we had an amazing time & addressed any concerns we had & catered to our needs. ⬇️Review cont. in comments
