Matane (See you again)
Every time I visit Japan it just exceeds all expectations
It’s my happy place that’s for sure
So much magic, synchronicities, coincidences and meant to be moments
I have begun to understand it’s easy to miss these if your moving too fast or not paying attention
Japan allows me to live in the now, to be truly present
It keeps be curious, creative and observant and so much more
Japan makes me appreciate the simple things,
It teaches me patience and the importance of real connection
I feel so light and always feel like this is where I’m meant to be
Japan reminds me who I really am.
Japan is magic but it’s real! And I love it
It’s felt like I have been here for a year I’m sure to some it has felt that way too and also to many it feels like I already live here, to be honest that is the plan
Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, yes the big three but thru my lens, away from the crowds and the obvious, I’m that guy that will trek across town for Architecture, book store or a wine bar you that you drink from a shell, there’s been plenty of side trips to regional spots of dreams thanks to @andersonlumiere for life long memories and for the thoughtful travel planning
Spending extended time in Kyoto and Tokyo really was the best, feeling grounded and familiar like a local, slow posting ( trust me there’s been so much more than I have shared) slow living and living my dreams everyday and finding my favourite local spots
So much gratitude to my new and not so recent Japanese friends you all greet me every time with such enthusiasm and warmth I feel so welcomed thank you for being a part of my story and making me a part of yours
Tokyo we are out!

I’m still so very grateful that this special journey began thanks to the best birthday gift I have ever received to say I am grateful really doesn’t begin to sum up how I feel thank you ❤️🇯🇵
PS yes that’s also the restaurant @ladygaga was spotted at too (thanks if you made it this far)
