Thoughtfully designed for private celebrations, our elopement experience unfolds within a private three-bedroom Residence, where a residential vineyard backyard becomes the setting for an intimate wine country wedding.

At this boho chic Estate Yountville wedding, @rose.and.co.hatbar set up a custom hat bar for cocktail hour, and guests lined up the moment it opened. The setup worked like a fancy Subway sandwich line: guests went down the row choosing a hat shape and color, then added feathers and bands, and finished at the end with custom branding. Everyone was so eager to make their custom hat, and it was fun to watch how creative people got with their own personalized look.

It gave guests something to talk about, which made it a natural icebreaker for people who hadn't met yet. It also turned into a great prop for photos. And because the hats suited the boho design of the wedding so well, the whole thing felt like part of the day instead of an add-on.

Most favors get left behind or tossed the next day. A hat that guests styled themselves is something they'll keep, wear, and remember where they got it.

If you're planning a Napa wedding and want a cocktail hour people talk about long after it ends, a hat bar is one to put on your list.

One month ago, 23 people gathered at this Stanly Ranch wedding to celebrate two of their favorite people.

An intimate garden-chic celebration set against the beauty of Napa, with lush floral centerpieces, a garland runner, personalized matches, custom corn hole bean bags, and, of course, incredible food and wine that Napa is known for.

With just 23 total people, every detail could feel intentional and every moment could be savored. There was time to linger over dinner, raise a glass, and truly be present with the people who mean the most.

A beautifully intimate wedding, thoughtfully designed, and completely their own.

🪩 Dancing past 10pm — Napa County’s noise ordinance prohibits amplified music outdoors after 10pm. Stanly Ranch has indoor event spaces, so you can move the dance well past 10:00pm.
