Buns out. Ears up. The Force is strong with this BOO. 👻✨ Today it was rosé for the princess, a puppy menu (launch!) for the Jedi, and the cutest rebellion of adorable, adoptable, costumed pups in the gaLAxy. 🍷🐾💚🎃Thank you, @lapeerhotel, @norosebar, @rescuerosewine, and our dear friend @nolasinger for a lovely event supporting @istandwithmypack! $78th EMMY Awards - I am so shocked and honored to win the Emmy for Outstanding Picture Editing for a Variety Special for my work on The Muppet Show. I started training for this job shortly after birth. My parents say I wore out our VHS copy of the original Muppet Show, which I brought onstage with me. The Muppets introduced me to comedic timing, sketch and innuendo. When our brilliant director @alextimbers asked me to cut this special, I was scared. I almost turned down the gig. But he shared @albzrizz and our writing team’s incredible, hilarious, poignant {now Emmy winning} script with me and I cried. I had to do it! I’m forever grateful to @sethrogen, @dustiebottoms and everyone at @pointgrey for trusting me with this special. Thank you to the incredible teams at @themuppets and @20th_television_network @disneyplus and @abc for supporting this project. Thank you to our incredibly talented Muppet performers for giving me hilarious footage to work with. Everything was captured so beautifully by our Incredible DP @rhetbear Thank you to my peers at @televisionacad for honoring me with this career-defining award.
