This week I am celebrating the many miracles happening behind the scenes in my practice supporting women to #cleansehealignite!

My mission is to help you discover the self love key to unlock your body's innate intelligence, self-heal your symptoms, and transform your life from the inside out. Courage & Cleansing to reclaim your Power!

The road to get there doesn’t always look the way most people think it will.

My first call with @carriejooy , wasn’t what meds are you on, what do you eat, here’s what your blood tests said…it was far deeper.

We talked about all of that and more…AND we talked about the beliefs that govern her physiology.

From the moment @carriejooy and I began our work together, and decided to align forces, the magic began.

AND her shit showed up.
You see…
Healing isn’t linear.
It’s not easy.
And it ain’t pretty.

It’s messy.
It’s challenging.
And it’s up and down.

However, in the end…it’s the most self loving thing you will EVER do for YOU.
And self loving.
It’s also the ONLY way out and up…
Is to go IN and to ask ‘What hidden hurts and trapped traumas and toxins are causing my dis-ease’?

What can I do for you, body…self…heart…to show you how much I love you?
That you’re worth of healing, happiness, hormone balance, harmony?

Like most clients, Carrie will hate me and love me along this path we walk together.
It’s what I’ve always said…It’s not easy to be the person to expose the parts of my clients that do NOT want to be seen.

But it’s not my job to be Carrie’s friend, it’s my job to help HER be her OWN best friend.

Everything else is a codependent band aid, short term solution.

Because if we can’t love ourselves, we will always make it the responsibility of others…

💔giving our power away (lack of confidence)
💔living in fear, stressed out (adrenal fatigue)
💔holding back our voice (thyroid disease)
💔allowing others to drain our life-force (parasite overgrowth)
💔beating ourselves up for playing small (body pain, headaches, etc).

Bottom line = If we don’t get to the root of our pain, all of the suffering and sickness will remain.

After our first call, Carrie messaged me to tell me how good she felt already (next post)...that she finally felt hope!

And it’s my mission to do everything in my power to help her continue this path toward what she deserves…to feel, look and live her best life ever, that God intended.

And that’s what you deserve too, right?

If 2020 & my health journey has taught me one thing, It’s that relationships are everything. At the end of 2019, it felt like my life was falling apart. To have such loving supportive people in my life has been the biggest blessing💙

So much of this life is beyond our control. And yet, as seasons change & life can take us in uncertain directions, there is one constant that can get us through both good times and bad times: the people in our lives.
.
Thank you to everyone I have crossed paths with in 2020 whether in person or via social media. What a gift to share life, lessons, and experiences with you all. Here’s to 2021✨Wishing you health, love, happiness and joy...and dancing 💃🕺💃🕺 😃✨💙🤙

to gather women, to invoke remembrance of sacred sisterhood, in honor of our ancestors - our mothers, our grandmothers. to circle women to join in prayer, inspiration, rawness, joy, cries of help.
