A few technical difficulties weren’t going to stop us!

Incredible chats with our President, Rachael, and Olivia from @householdstaffing about what’s ahead for helping nannies in need 💚

Here we go! $10,000 to raise. $10,000 waiting to match it. Let do this! 📣

Community is community, no matter how small 💙
Had the cutest adventure down south of the city to @artcafeindy and would absolutely return!
Looking forward to seeing even more of our friends later this month for National Nanny Recognition Week 🎉

I’ve been watching Million Dollar Nannies, the new @freeform @hulu reality tv show featuring nannytok-era summer nannying in Ibiza so you don’t have to

If you are tuning in, you’ve had a week to dip your toes in and rage shut it off— I’ve shared some of mine and other community gems’ thoughts

What are your thoughts and impressions?

What tangents and rabbit holes should we dive deeper into?

Still taking in what this day was 🧡💜

interNational Nanny Training Day brought together such a thoughtful, engaged group of nannies for a full day of real conversations and community.

Thank you to every nanny who showed up and invested in themselves and the work they do every day. Thank you to our speakers for sharing their time, experience, and insight. Thank you to our Triangle Nannies team for all the support behind the scenes planning and organizing this special day.

We’ve taken in so much of the feedback shared and are already thinking about how to make 2027 and beyond even better.

We’re so grateful for this community and can't wait for the next time we gather.

Still feeling so inspired after this year’s INNTD✨

A full day centered around professional growth, child development, and the kind of real conversations that make us better caregivers. From behavior and guidance strategies to creating developmentally appropriate play, to showing up with intention in our roles every single day.

These spaces matter. The chance to step away from the day-to-day, learn from each other, share experiences, and be reminded that this work is both meaningful and skilled is everything.

So grateful to be part of a community that continues to invest in learning, support, and connection, and to keep that momentum going through Triangle Caregiver Collective.

Join us online to stay connected, and we hope to see you this Saturday at @fentonnc for our next event (details on Facebook).

Still thinking about yesterday💕

International Nanny Training Day is more than just professional development. It’s a space full of caregivers who are actively choosing to grow, learn, and take this work seriously.

It’s learning from each other.
It’s sharing ideas.
It’s feeling seen in a role that so often happens behind the scenes.

And that’s what continues to elevate this industry.

Being surrounded by that kind of passion and professionalism is something I never take for granted ✨

Huge shoutout to @trianglenannies for planning/hosting iNNTD this year and bringing it home to The Triangle🏠!

If you’ve never been, let this be your sign to go next year. And if you were there; what was your biggest takeaway?

🏆 Today, it was announced that I have been named the 2026 International Nanny Association’s Nanny of the Year. While this is an individual honor, my career has never been a solo journey. On a day centered around love and gratitude, it seems only fitting that my first act is to thank the village that built the nanny I am today.

❤️ To the people who shaped my path, challenged my perspective, and championed my voice - you are the heart behind this award. This moment belongs to all of us.

🌟 This list is non-exhuastive. If you have reason to believe you're a star in my story, you are. My gratitude doesn't fit into a single post. I’m so lucky to have you in my corner.
