Honor, remember and support our nation's heroes and their families. Together, we Carry The Load.

Since 2015, Clays for a Cause has been a meaningful way for the Dallas office and the North Texas community to come together and give back.

This year, we were honored to stand alongside @carrytheload in its mission to ensure that military members, first responders, and their families never carry the weight of their sacrifices alone. Because of the generosity of our sponsors, supporters, and participants, we raised $75,000 to honor and support those who have given so much in service to others. We are grateful to everyone who helped make such a meaningful impact.

9.11. 🇺🇸

Every year this day stops us in our tracks. And this year we spent it exactly where we needed to be — on our knees, cleaning graves at the Dallas Veterans Memorial with @carrytheload. 🙏🏽

No desk. No screen. No to-do list.

Just hands in the dirt honoring the ones who gave everything so we could have everything we sometimes take for granted. 😔

Days like this have a way of putting it all back into perspective. The hustle can wait. The emails can wait. THIS is what matters. 🤍

To every fallen hero resting here — we see you. We remember you. We are grateful. 🫡

“No one’s going to do this.” That was the reaction to @carrytheload’s first 20-hour, 11-minute event.

But for Stephen Holley and his co-founder, the challenge was part of something bigger. They wanted to create a meaningful way to process loss, honor those who had sacrificed for others and bring people together through service.

In the latest episode of #ReputationMatters, Holley reflects on the early days of @carrytheload and how this unconventional idea became a lasting tradition.

#ICYMI, catch up on Episode 22 at the link in the bio.
