There are scared, weak parts of me that I work on everyday.

… and believe me I work on them.

You and I are human. We feel worry & sadness but if we don’t develop rituals to intervene those emotions with countering thoughts of hope & higher love… they’ll feed off themselves and multiply FAST.
🦠

So whether you have a spiritual life or not, I’ll always encourage to find SOMETHING (or someone) to help pull you out of the darkness… any habit, routine, or ritual that will serve you when your heart is heavy.

This is a prayer that helps me from one of my favorite Saints, Padre Pio.

p.s. He was one of Jesus’ most beloved souls and if he can admit how easy it is to abandon God when life’s weight gets too heavy… so can I, so can you and so can we then pause the pain long enough to ask Him to stay with us throughout it.

Jesus Christ is Risen!!
Hello friends. I'm glad to reconnect here once again! 🙌🏼

Ever since Sunday, the Holy Mass Gospel readings have been about the different appearances of Jesus Christ after his Resurrection, rightfully so.
I LOVE this image here. Although the Bible does not explicitly point out that the Virgin Mary was the first person that Jesus appeared to, it's still obvious that this is what happened. How could it not be so? After all, Mary is the Mother of Jesus, and she suffered more than anyone. As a matter of fact, Mary's interior suffering is greater than the physical sufferings of all saints and martyrs combined! One of the main reasons for this is because she is Immaculate.

The Easter season is a celebration of new life, triumph, salvation and the glory of Heaven! The Virgin Mary, Queen of Heaven, is the co-redemptrix of the Lord's passion and of our road to Heaven. Mary is the quickest and safest way to Heaven , as St. Louis de Montfort says! Her sweet Immaculate Heart is the greatest refuge and instrument to lead us to new life, to redemption of goodness!!

They threw Him to the ground. They tortured Him. They brutally killed Him because they hated Him.

#GoodFriday —— the only acceptable day to post a black square. As Easter was once a pagan holiday, adopted by the Catholic Church and transformed into something beautiful. So, today, Our Warpath adopts the Black Square and uses it for good. We use it to remember the ultimate death which took place over 2,000 years ago. A selfless act made for all humankind.

He agonized in the garden for us. He sweat blood for us. He was beaten and bruised for us. He was spat on and ridiculed for us. He was pushed down for us. He was crowned with thorns and mocked for us. He was scourged for us. He carried the cross for us. And yet, in all the pain He looked down from the cross with love, for all, even those that had put him to death. He died for us.

Remember His death, for it is only by His death that we are able to be saved. #goodfriday

There is only one solution…GOD. Without God, chaos ensues, don’t believe it, then take a look around. It is not only our country which is falling apart, but the world itself. Society has moved away from God and allowed the Devil to occupy every corner of the world. Yet, there is one place the Devil cannot occupy without our permission, that place is our soul. Change doesn’t begin with a public official or a certain rule of law, it begins with the individual and then a collection of individuals which then lead to law and change.

If we want change, we must change and lead by example. If we lead by example, others will follows. Many are sheep, which doesn’t necessarily mean they are stupid. No, it means they lack the knowledge or courage to take a stand. They could be ignorant of the truth and it is up to us to show them.

We must stand up, defend, and fight for the truth in our own personal lives, never giving an inch to the enemy, so that we are strong enough to take them on in our public life. It is time to rebuild UP and we do that with a strong foundation of faith that permeates every facet of our lives.
