LEG DAY FOR BOXERS 🥊🦵🔥 Leg day hits different when you’re training for boxing. Squats. Lunges. Plyometrics. Balance. Coordination. Footwork. Core work. And then boxing while those legs are already on FIRE. Because punching power doesn’t start in your hands — it starts from the ground up. Your legs create the foundation, your core transfers the force, and your hands deliver it. A strong natural fight stance, explosive movement, balance, and power all start with strong legs and a strong core. Build the legs. Build the foundation. Build the fighter. 🥊 FIERCE BOXING PACKAGES 🥊 4 Sessions — $125 🥊 6 Sessions — $175 🥊 8 Sessions — $250 All levels welcome. #FierceBoxing #LegDayForBoxers #BoxingTraining #LegDay #BoxingStrength Plyometrics BoxingFootwork ExplosivePower

The FaceTimes, messages, and phone calls truly means a lot. We appreciate yall. Taking a few days off and back to the grind. 💪

Happy birthday to my oldest boy Carson and to my mother who both share this October day. I could never ask for a greater mother and grandmother to my kids, absolute rockstar she is. Crazy how fast life is going by, Carson is now 14 years of age. Won’t be long before he can drive me around to all these sporting events we attend. Scary thought right there. Growing into an absolute stud, I’m proud of all that you do and the person you are becoming. The best moment of my life was the day you were born making me a dad. The greatest blessing on earth. There’s nothing i wouldn’t do for you and your brother and I’ll always be there for you boys till the day i die. Just know that i love you and no matter how old you get and how big you get, at this time i can still beat your ass so don’t test me just yet 🤪🫡❤️
