Looking for a self-care spot in Milford? This is definitely my favorite place. I’ve been seeing Nicole ( @carson_aesthetics ) for over 5 years and I’ve truly seen such a difference in my skin over the years. Her service is always amazing. Her mother, Terrie, is the sweetest as well and sells BC teas. Every visit feels personal and relaxing. Visit her website at carsonaesthetics.com, look at her services and make sure to book with her. You won’t be disappointed. ✨ #milford #connecticut #selfcare #wellness

I’ve parented with @connecticutsun / @ctsuncommunity and @visionarher to bring you The Girls Locker Room Summit on August 26th at Housatonic Community College. I’m excited to co-host a FREE day of game for our teen girls PLUS a ride to and from the CT Sun vs Valkyries game.

Workshops held by myself, Akiya McKnight, Nicole Carson of @carson_aesthetics , Brittany Best of @bmfitnessstudio__/@__bestmoves, and manufacturing workshops coordinated with Housatonic will give the girls the room to explore career options that may not be initially top of mind.

Sounds by @murder_marie 🎶

OPEN TO ALL CT TEENS! Please share this with any girls you think may be interested.

When I was 7, I told my mom vanessa_ajiduah that I want to be in business like her. I have watched her coach and mentor Women @ment4her and I told her one day can you coach me to start my business. You see my mom is a serial entrepreneur and quite busy, I have watched her wear multiple hats in her businesses and I would ask can I design the flyer, can I post, can I can I…. Honestly I think I bug her so much, however, she’s happy to spend time teaching me how to start and operate a business.
…….
Watch this space as I use my gifts and talents for the Lord and bring products, services and solutions to our world.
