Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2nd Annual Health and Wealth Summer Fit Fest at Cosca Regional Park. Your energy, enthusiasm and commitment to health and wellness made the event truly special.

Huge shoutout to my partner and co host Jason Miller @just_jasonmiller! We came up with this idea and it continues to grow. As natives of Prince Georges County and graduates of Oxon Hill High School we are committed to giving back to the community that gave so much to us.

A special thank-you to our trainers @theki.method KI Method, HIIT with Turk @hiitwiturk, @brookevalerie___ Pilates with Brooke and @bbodyandfit BBodyFit as well as our sponsors, vendors, volunteers and community partners. This Monday, our students will be in the room with changemakers—hearing directly from industry professionals who are making real impact in the DMV and beyond. From conversations to collaboration, this experience is all about exposure, connection, and growth.

The Blossom Block Festival at @sycamoreoak yesterday did NOT disappoint.

I was immersed in a space with fellow black women entrepreneurs, and the energy was real. 💗
