Thank you August & September. Here’s some BTS from my camera roll that I didn’t know what to do with. So pumped for October

Big updates eh?

Hyrox Doubles Washington DC:
Absolutely humbling experience. Estimated our goal to be around 1:15, nailed it with a 1:14:43! Gotta geter doneee. Possibly be hitting up Hyrox Nashville?!

Rock n Roll Nashville Marathon:
Another questionable goal of sub 4 and hit it on its headd with a 3:50🙆‍♂️🙆‍♂️. Miserable course with Shelby park being the final straw bruh. Felt great never really hit a wall, quads tightened around mile 20 but hey we didn’t stop movinnn. Dallas marathon?! Idkk

Falling in love with fitness more and more. Injuries cooking me rn but we will be backkk (plantar bullcrap idk). Glory to God I’m able to move my body and glorify Him through it all!
