well what i knew would happen eventually,happened too fast. i’ve never felt so attached and connected with something as much as i did with speech. the environment, the coaches, and the new friendships along the way. although i will never be satisfied with the achievements i knew i could’ve had, i know that i worked as hard as i could be where i am now. i want to thank my coaches for making me feel seen and worthy. i want to thank my teammates for making this tolerable and fun. i will especially miss my “yes maam” oid and how much i will miss giving gabe crap every practice, you guys have no clue how much you impacted me, and i can’t wait to see what you guys can accomplish next year. lastly, i want to thank my family for being there and being my support system through it all. thank you for the best 4 years in my life, and thank you for being my missing piece to perform and show people the real lainey🤍
