“She Thinks it’s about Pitching”

She thinks the early mornings, the long sessions, the endless reps, and the buckets of softballs are all about getting better in the circle. But to me, it’s way more.

It’s about spending time with my daughter. It’s about teaching her work ethic—showing that sometimes getting where you want to go means being willing to do what others won’t.

It’s about confidence. Confidence in herself. Confidence in her craft. Learning that when you put in the work, you don’t have to hope you’re ready—you know you’re ready.

It’s about learning to handle the bad days, celebrate the good ones, and keep showing up for both.

And somewhere between all those pitches, we’re building something pretty special between the two of us. Conversations. Laughs. Frustrations. Lessons. Memories I know I’ll miss someday.

Most of all, it’s about helping mold her into someone she’ll be proud of—someone she can look at in the mirror and smile at because she knows the person looking back earned her confidence.

She thinks it’s about pitching….No Mo, it’s about way more than that! Love you Mo! ~ Dad

Help me wish a Happy 43rd Birthday to my beautiful wife, Heather! ❤️🎉

Somehow you manage to crush it in real estate, be Carter and Rhett’s biggest fan and never miss a chance to cheer them on, keep all of us going in the right direction… and STILL find time to catch a concert whenever you can! 😂🎶

19 years of marriage and a whole lot of life together, and I wouldn’t want to do any of it with anyone else. I’m proud of everything you’ve accomplished, but even more proud of the wife and mom you are.

Life with you is never boring, that’s for sure! 😂

Happy 43rd Birthday, Bug! 43 looks pretty damn good on you! 😍❤️

Love you Boo!
