Headed to my next speaking engagement!
.
I’ve had this goal and passion for wanting to help others on a large scale, to understand not only their bodies, also to show them how their minds are affected by nutritional and lifestyle habits.
.
I’ve suffered from anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, cystic acne, and hormone imbalances for over 20 years of my life and yes, the food I eat affects me, but so do body movement and lifestyle changes.
.
Every day, I wake up and make my bed, meditate, do some somatic movements, and express gratitude. Am I perfect at it all year round? No way!
.
But I adjust my practice as needed and am truly LISTENING to what my intuition is telling me.
.
I’ve surrounded myself by practitioners through whom I learn more about me and who FEEL right for me.
.
What do you do daily to help you feel good inside and do you listen to what doesn’t?
.
I’m committed long term, to going wherever is needed for me to serve, and to help others individually or in groups.
.
Thank you to @cartersconcierge for always providing the best luxury driving experience for wherever I’m going. I’m big on energy, and you all really do provide the best!
.
So, who’s ready for me to come do an individualized presentation or group chat on the behaviors, mindset, and daily practices that will help you align with the best version of YOU?! Plus, I make it really fun and bring snacks😜

This birthday month (and a quarter) has been the best yet!
.
The pure joy that I have felt from spending time with those I care about, new friends, friends who have stood by me through all the things, my son who’s my favorite human on the face of the planet, and all of the amazing moments with my family have topped anything I could’ve dreamed up.
.
Each year I journal and reflect on the previous year and everything I can remember that I accomplished or moved through.
.
This past year, I:
-Did shadow work and released old versions of me that are. It meant to move into this new transition
-Removed and replaced old resources that were not helping me move forward
-Learned let go a bit more of assumptions and presumptions of how I think things should be
-Allowed myself to cry or get angry inside when I felt it instead of pretending everything is okay
-Was more present with my son, myself and those around me
-Incorporated a consistent meditation practice that works for
me
-Fully engaged in my business on a whole other level
-Leaned more into my feminine
-And finally…allowed the universe to do her thing. When my partner comes, he will come. I was placed here to love myself fully without requiring the love of others to complete who I am on the inside. And dang, I’m pretty lovable 🥰
.
Thank you to those who surrounded me with joy and love this past month. I appreciate you and you’re here on purpose.
.
So, what’s YOUR reflection for the past month and what are you doing to embrace November both mentally and from a health perspective ??

A day in the life with me as a Plus Fit Model. On this day, weather wasnt the greatest and I was over the moon excited that my transportation from clients downtown back to the garment district was provided by the amazing @cartersconcierge! It was by far one of the best travel experiences and allowed me to fully relax, refresh, and get some great laughs w Cameron en route to my appts up town. Soo thankful for this service and I fully recommend for #NYFW, a full day of auditions/castings, girls trip, brunch, work, or your regular appts where discretion may be needed. Either way, I look forward to my next trip!
