so grateful to have my @proshotcase for all my water adventures

the days that I do get to really enjoy my days, spend time laughing in nature, and be with friends are always the most refreshing

being able to capture those moments is equally as important to me to have those memories and remind myself how to be present ✨

Use the code “EMGONEWILD” for 20% using the link in my bio to get your own adventure iPhone case 💧

the secret to enjoying really freediving is to know how to slow down 💧

tap into that zone

it’s you and the line

and all you have is a couple of seconds, maybe minutes where you can surrender and just be still

come join our freediving here in 💧 La Ventana

2023.. you were good to me ✨

We NYC'd @izbestbro @jbillark @juancho_diego 🗽

Bestie gave us our wedding present @carusov @kaptured.ink 😻

We found Betty a new home🏠

I installed a permanent sculpture for @crowncrp 🌿

I started working for @ocaduinternational and did a Jane's Walk for The Former Canada Malting Silos (future Global Centre for Climate Action) 🌎

Nobu starred in his first ad for @thinkjinx 🎥

We wine'd, dined and sunshine'd @izbestbro ☀️

I had the opportunity to travel to Africa and it made me question and reflect on EVERYTHING 🇬🇭

I installed @hairlovestudioinc for @nuitblancheto and @eastendartsto 🔨

Here's to even more self healing and awareness, more travelling, more creations, more space in some areas and less in others, and more living in the moment.

Cheers to the New Year - let it be easier on all and bring all the calm and healing to all of those who need it. 💕
