How does a Generations of Flavour experience at our olive oil farm look?

This time, we celebrated one of rural Andalucía’s most forgotten treasures—carob (algarroba).

Surrounded by olive trees, we tasted, experimented, created a signature carob cocktail, baked from scratch, and discovered how this humble ingredient can be transformed into modern recipes while celebrating its rich Andalusian heritage.

I completely fell in love with the flavour of carob, so I created a collection of Generations of Flavour signature recipes especially for this experience:
🤎 Fudgy olive oil & carob brownie
🤎 Soft-baked carob cookies
🤎 Homemade carob molasses
🤎 Our signature carob cocktail 🍸

This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a journey into Andalucía’s rural traditions, where forgotten ingredients become memorable experiences and every recipe tells a story.

Discover Andalucía through its forgotten flavours. One recipe, one story, one generation at a time.
