One of the wonderful advantages of speaking Spanish is being able to have a proper conversation with someone like @bardemantarctic I must confess, I had always found him a little intimidating. Perhaps it is the extraordinary intensity he brings to his performances, or simply his commanding presence on screen. Yet, meeting him revealed a completely different side: a man of remarkable warmth, kindness and humanity. Our conversation in Spanish was so natural and lovely that it made me see him in an entirely new light. Sometimes, the person behind the extraordinary talent is even more interesting than the characters they portray. What a pleasure to attend the special screening of Bunker, the 2026 psychological thriller written and directed by @florianzellerofficiel , starring Penélope Cruz, Javier Bardem, Stephen Graham, Paul Dano and Patrick Schwarzenegger. It was also a pleasure to meet the director @florianzellerofficiel and share such an interesting evening surrounded by cinema and creativity. And, of course, no evening would be complete without spending time with my favourite duo, the Double AA — @aiden_london and @_ab_tm ! Always wonderful company, with plenty of laughter. My warmest thanks to @jacky_ya_que and @david.martinez.flo of @casaleo.pr for another incredible screening and such a memorable evening. Cinema brings people together, but sometimes it is the conversations beyond the screen that stay with us the longest. ❤️ #JavierBardem #Bunker #FlorianZeller #Cinema #FilmScreening CasaLeoPR LondonFilmScene

This week Jacky O @jacky_ya_que and I had the greatest pleasure of hosting Netflix’s screening of ‘A Child of My Own’, the latest film by twice Oscar-nominee Maite Alberdi. @maitealberdi Thank you, Maite, for your warmth and generosity during the Q&A and for sharing such a heartfelt story through the lens of compassion. Your cinema knows no borders, and I look forward to watching the film's journey. 😍🫶🏾 I also appreciate the support from the Embassy of Mexico @embamex_gbr the Embassy of Chile in the UK, @embachileuk and @latinxactorsuk. A special thanks to @netflixuk, my dearest Tiffany Kizito, and her team for believing in us. CASA LEO PR

Still thinking about @labolanegrafilm ⚫️🖤 Easily one of the most beautiful films I’ve seen this year. So moving, so intimate, and visually exquisite. Every frame feels incredibly considered, from the cinematography and production design to the performances, and every character carries so much emotional weight. Los Javis have created something deeply human, ambitious and unforgettable. After Cannes, TIFF and San Sebastián, it feels very clear this film is going to stay in the conversation for a long time. ✨ Such a special evening getting to experience it with the cast and creatives in the room. Gotta admit I’ve got a bit star struck being in the presence of Penelope Cruz right in front of me 🫠 Thank you @casaleo.pr @finchandpartners and @netflixuk for having me. 🤍

🎬 @labolanegrafilm | When cinema becomes poetry and emotion. I was invited to @labolanegrafilm at @tate , beautifully organised by @netflixuk invited by @david.martinez.flo and @jacky_ya_que f @casaleo.pr What an emotional journey! Three intertwined stories exploring love between men, mothers and sons, fathers and sons, and all those secrets and tapujos society prefers to hide. Deeply romantic, beautifully gay and profoundly human. The real privilege was sitting in the front row, listening an interview by @jackguinness with the brilliant directors @javviercalvo and Javier Ambrossi (Los Javis) @losjaviscf and their wonderful cast including Penelope Cruz, @guitarricadelafuente they speak so passionately about their art. And goodness, I have rarely seen so many handsome, charismatic and talented people together in one room! ❤️ A film that touched unexpected corners of my memory. I genuinely believe that one day someone will make a film about the making of this film! Some films stay on the screen. Others stay in your heart. A must watch ! Torno indietro. @mbu.celebrityglam per me✨ #cinema

🪬🔱🧿 An absolute joy to moderate the on stage Q&A for the @bifa_film awards screening of @atailfilm #ATAIL which included branded Brighton rock for the attendees (watching the film will explain this) & a pre screening open air stunt at Piccadilly Circus. The production team thought of everything. The film is a surreal inspection of womanhood and female friendships told through the eyes of a brilliant award winning British director and writer team, with a stunning cast. Some glimpses from the evening at @vue Piccadilly, London. 🎬 #onstage #moderator #filmcritic #broadcaster
