📍 @casamonobarjamon - Gramercy, NYC

One of my favorites in NYC on one of my favorite streets (Irving Place).

One thing about me, I’ve never met a Tapas I didn’t like. The pan con Tomate has a little piece of my heart. Really brings me back to Barcelona when I had a about a whole loaf at every meal. Although, it’s the Razor Clams that steals the show. I could eat about 12 dozens.

You should be fine to walk in at lunch, but dinner you need a reservation.

On the other side of the restaurant they have a wine bar called “Bar Jamon” and it’s to die for in my opinion and highly underrated. Some of the best charcuterie boards I’ve ever devoured and of course the wine list muah.

Just steps away from mi casa you’ll find Casa Mono and it only took three years of living here to finally make it inside @casamonobarjamon 🏡

I have been trying to get in here for the longest time. Nestled on irving street (my fav) is casa mono known for their Michelin star and top tapas that transport you right to Europe ✈️It’s a super tiny space with tables packed tight inside and cute sideways seating too!

Started with tuna and crudo which were both super fresh. Hadddd to order the Patatas bravas which are not drizzled in aioli (I wish they were) but still a must have. The skirt steak was flavorful and tasty & finished with the shishitos!!

Paired with a ‼️ bottle of wine‼️ that we left the sommelier to choose from

🥔Patatas Bravas
🌶️Pimientos Shishitos
🥩Skirt Steak — Romesco and onion mermelada
🐟Fluke Crudo — Coconut leche de tigre and carrot conserva
🐟Yellowfin Tuna — Escalivada and salsa verde
