🏡 HOUSE OF THE DAY — THE CHARACTER GOT ME!

During today’s tour, this home really stood out. It already has so much personality, but the whole time I kept thinking… what if we extended that front patio/porch and really brought the exterior to life?

Swipe to see the BEFORE ➡️ THE VISION.

Now I need my general contractors, builders, remodelers, and porch/deck pros to weigh in:

What would you estimate something like this would cost?
I’m thinking an extension roughly 6–8 feet out on both sides, removing the existing step railings, widening the porch area, adding new railing, stairs, and creating more usable outdoor space — without taking away from the original charm of the home.

Would we be talking $10K? $20K? $30K+? 👀

Contractors, drop your ballpark estimate in the comments and tell me what factors would drive the price up or down.

And everybody else — would this patio addition make you fall in love with this home even more?

If you’re interested in seeing this property for yourself, send me a DM. 🔑

Where I get it from, my strength, business acumen..The answer has always been standing right beside me.

She’s The Lady with the Hammer and my mama, @cascadefencelady

She designs and builds the things people dream of. Now I get to be a customer for real for real. We are building another business together. First @ehcascade , now @thelolapecan.

Different tools. Same work ethic. Same purpose. Same family.

The Hammer & The Knife. ❤️🔨🔪

Before ➡️ After 🔥

A great fence deserves a great finish.

Three weeks after installation, this custom horizontal privacy fence received its final stain, completely transforming the look of the property while adding long-term protection to the wood.

Clean. Modern. Built to last.

This past weekend we celebrated 26 incredible years of Cascade Fence & Construction, @cascadefenceinc , and my heart is full.

Congratulations to my mother, my Shero, @cascadefencelady , on building a company that has stood the test of time through hard work, faith, perseverance, and a commitment to serving our community.

It was an honor to provide the catering for such a special milestone. From the moment the doors opened until the last guest left, the building was filled with love, laughter, networking, and support. More than 100 people came through to celebrate this amazing legacy, and the food was such a hit that every single bite was gone by the end of the day!

Watching the community show up for a business that has faithfully served them for 26 years was truly inspiring.

Mom, thank you for showing me what entrepreneurship, resilience, and leadership look like. Your journey has paved the way for so many of us, and I’m proud to be your daughter.

Here’s to 26 years of excellence and many more to come! ❤️
The event was held at our event venue, @ehcascade .We have operated and owned Event Hall @ Cascade together since 2009! 🥂

I’m gonna try and get better at giving updates on @thelolapecan. I get so many texts, calls, emails, daily about opening. I don’t have a definite date yet. I’m praying for next 90days. No one talks about “all” the steps to open a brick and mortar and renovation. So many organizations have to work together in one cohesive movement, which is sometimes impossible. In life, God has taught me patience with all the grieving I’ve done. I’m grateful and patient with the process of building and grateful for my mom @cascadefencelady for being my point woman and getting this done. I’ve seen her build others people projects and renovations over the last 23 years, I’m grateful I get to be her client. 🙏🏾 I love you mama! gimme a discount! All this expensive ish you keep adding!😂😂😆💋 #cheftiffanymoore #atlantarestaurants #explore

Just wrapped up this 18ft cantilever road gate for a project in Kirkwood, Atlanta.

This one includes a LiftMaster automatic operator for smooth and secure access.

I love seeing these projects come together and sharing them with you all.

Happy Sunday. Indeed, Thank you Jesus. I’ve loss many people that spoke life into this moment. Not a week goes by that I don’t think of them and cry a little. I know I got permanent angels looking down upon me, but I wish I could celebrate these moments with them in this realm. #cheftiffanymoore #lolapecan
