Year after year we are continuously impressed with not only this pair’s growth but the smiles they have throughout it all as well. Between the @cascadehorseshows series shows they attended and the @wshja_horseshows Evergreen Classic, Erika and Marin continuously proved this summer show season that you can have fun and also pick up equally fun ribbons along the way as this pair earned the following:

🏆 Champion Long Stirrup Equitation
🏆 Champion Long Stirrup Hunter
🏆 Reserve Champion USHJA 2’0 Hunter
🏆 Reserve Champion Outreach Hunter 2’
🥇 Cascade Hunter Classic 2’
🥈 USHJA Outreach Hunt & Go 2’0”-2’3”

We can’t wait to see this team continue to grow together and sparkle even brighter with the hard work they’ve been continuing to put in for seasons ahead ✨

This horse… this song… this show 💜

Feeling grateful for the journey! What a gift to be Carlos’s person. We both needed each other. I couldn’t have asked for a better comeback partner! 🦄

I’ve never been horseless at Cascade before & as agonizing as it was to be sidelined, it was almost equally beautiful just watching these two turn it up.

Hard to pick just a few favorites, but here’s just a handful of the best moments from two weeks at @cascadehorseshows 🫶🏼 thank you @vmp.equine for the show photos, and huge congrats to each of our riders for their PHENOMENAL riding. Every pair showed immense improvement, and the ribbons are just the icing on the cake. The hard work and dedication each of these riders have put in is demonstrated in every ride - both in and out of the show ring. We can’t begin to say how proud we are of these riders!

✨🌲Cascade Open🌲✨
What a week at the Cascade Open! We are so proud of every single one of our riders — from Leadline to the National Derby, this group showed up and delivered. Highlights 👇🏻

@quinnhenderson.eq and Just Passing Thru went three for three to claim the Thoroughbred Jumper Champion

@jordyn_carlson.eq and Odyssey swept the Equitation 15-17 division for Age Group Champion, won the Hamel Foundation NHS Medal, and earned Reserve Champion in the Performance Hunter 3’3”

@_stellallee_ and A Fighting Star were unstoppable — Champion in the Green Hunter 3’0”, Champion in the Children’s Hunters, and a 4th out of 30 in the National Hunter Derby

@ciel_hollywood and Beignet claimed Champion in the Children’s Hunter Pony division and added a 2nd in the 2’ Hunt & Go to close out the week

@kateoberto.eq and Triple Threat took Champion in the Childs Pony Equitation and added a 4th in the 2’6” Outreach Hunter Derby

@kateg.eq and Lionheart picked up top placings throughout the week in the 2’6” Equitation and .80m Jumpers

@djwygal rode a fantastic week — 2nd in the .90m Jumper Classic aboard Killarney Kidd, plus great rounds on her catch ride Flyinghailmary in the Equitation and Jumpers, earning Reserve Champion in the 2’9” Eq division

@reaganryanseal and Acquired Taste had a great week in the .70m Jumpers — every round better than the last

Stella Lanz and Bitterroot Valley improved all week and capped it off with a 5th in the 2’ Hunt & Go on Sunday

@sophiane.philippe and Killarney Kidd put together great rounds in the Jumpers and Equitation all week, finishing with a 3rd out of 16 in the 2’6” Outreach Hunter Derby

@l.nov_ and Bitterroot Valley finished 5th in the Rosé All Day Amateur Classic

Hattie, Willa, and Alice absolutely crushed Leadline. The future is bright!
