2024, May 10th - Experiencing this in your very home area is truly unforgettable. While the colors were not as vivid as you see in the photos or when I went to Alaska, the display definitely exceeded my expectations. I anticipated just a glimpse of the lights from the horizon, but it turned into a jaw-dropping full show. Then, when you thought you saw the end of the show, they came back stronger, brighter and more accentuated ! They were literally in top of us, surrounded by them, you could feel them. Definitely a humble experience, suddenly anything that bothers you, disappears and you receive a boost full of bliss…. The moment I looked up and saw them dancing, I went crazy. I think a shed a tear, I was too happy to notice.
