Hip Hop with Case
September 30, 2026

Fam, happy sunny Saturday.

We had an awesome time in Case’s Hip Hop class which was a full house. This choreo is from week 1 so come next week if you want to learn and/or dance it again for the 2nd round.

Case gave us quite the challenge with this excellent choreo. We really enjoyed it and the cool song choice- they went so well together.

Case highlighted the musicality with both the lyrics and sounds in the song. We liked the contrast in speed and dynamics. There were also weight shifts in the movement that made a difference with getting into the next move on time. We loved it as you can tell from the cheering at the end.

Thanks Case!

Fam, Case teaches Hip Hop and Party Grooves. Come dance with us.

Hip Hop with Case
June 3, 2026

Fam- we had a great time in Case’s Hip Hop class last week and are happy to share a vid of this cool group.

Case has been teaching at the studio for years and his classes are very popular. Peeps find themselves smiling before, during and after class. Case is a very laid back instructor who provides us with a good challenge and breaks down his choreo well. His pieces have great musicality, unique movement and timing, paired with awesome song choices.

This piece was very fun to dance and had a feel-good relaxed vibe to it. There were some quick movements contrasted by slower ones especially the footwork, continuous moves, weight changes, a little bit of House, clean arms, and a fast turn.

Thanks Case and Fam. You rock. Please tag as we don’t have everyone’s instas.

Fam- Case will be teaching this for round 2 on Wednesday, June 10. He teaches Party Grooves right before Hip Hop. Come join us.

Hip Hop with Case
May 27, 2026

Fam- we made it to Case’s Hip Hop class yesterday. ‘Twas a most fun class with the Fam as we did our best to pick up Case’s super cool choreo.

Case teaches choreo two weeks in a row and this was round 2. This piece was a tricky one and a good challenge due to the musicality. We really had to pay attention to weight shifts, timing, when to move quickly, when to slow down and not rush, which moves flow and which ones are more sharp.

As an instructor, Case is calm and fun. He has been teaching at the studio for years and it’s been awesome watching his growth. He takes the time to invite questions, break down and review the movements, demo and run the choreo. His classes are consistently full.

Thanks Case and Fam. Fam- looking good!
