Saturday morning I zipped up my FFA jacket and made sure my tally waker was tucked for the last time as a FFA member. I never thought when I walked into Mr. Walker’s classroom my 8th grade year I would be where I’m at today.

I want to thank my parents for everything you did for me along the way. All the mental and monetary support😂. I love y’all.

I also want to give huge thank you to Mr. Griffeth. Thank you Mr. Griffeth for everything you have done for me through out my FFA journey and being one of the greatest influencers in my life. And thank you to Ms. Lauren, Tanner, and Lilly for letting your husband/dad be away from you a lot to help myself and other students grow in their leadership and life.

I want to also thank all of the friends that I have made along the way without y’all this journey would not be the same. I made a lot of lifetime friends that will all drop anything there are doing to help each other out.

To my other American Degree recipients I want to encourage you to join your local FFA Alumni Chapters to help future FFA members the same chances that you had.

A crazy weekend with new faces, Rockets playing new positions, old Rockets coming back for one last tournament. The Rockets came up just short in the championship 4-1 after a long and hot Sunday! 📸 @jawavifilms

The last weekend of June proved to be about as hot, dry, and dusty as one would expect here in Georgia. The @wtk_rockets were up to the challenge, but fell short in the final game 4-1.

I usually like to move around to get multiple perspectives during games, but I found a chair and a tent right behind home plate and ended up parking myself there for most of the day.

I see and photograph a lot of baseball and I’m always impressed by the grit and hustle these teenagers display when playing the game 🫡
