Pulled pork curly fries with black beans, queso, habanero salsa and sour cream. Fries were seasoned with @caribeque Big & Bold and pulled pork courtesy of my bubba @casey_fletcher from last night’s BBQ session.

Friends for the last 30 something years. Through thick and thin. Sharing good times and bad. Great food and plenty of drinks. Dumbass adventures and sketchy situations. My right hand man. Happy birthday bubba!

Just some tri-tip with the bros yesterday on the @workhorsepits. Smoked at 250° til it hit an internal temp of 115°, then pulled to rest while I preheated the firebox cooking grates for a nice even sear. Couldn’t be happier with the results. 🎥: @casey_fletcher #workhorsepits

This fuckin kid. Been in fistfights with each other, fought other people together, traveled the east coast, drank countless beers and shared great food. He’s my brother. My right hand man. My go to when the going gets tough. I hope you have the best day today. Happy Birthday bubba! Much love!
