A day in the life with Casey!! 🤍

Hi! I’m Casey! I’m from Houston, Texas and graduated from Auburn in May. I moved to Birmingham in August to pursue my Masters in Nutrition at Samford, and I’m so excited to be part of The WRKT team!

I’m passionate about movement as an outlet to strengthen your body and reset your mind. Expect to be challenged, supported and pushed in the best way in my classes. My goal is for you to leave studio feeling stronger, connected and proud of what your body can do!

Come see Casey in class!! 💪
