Three years ago Lift was an idea.
Now we are adding a new studio to the family.

Everyone thinks opening a gym is vibes.

Truth? It’s risk. Leadership. Stress. A million decisions. Believing in something before anyone else fully sees it.

But watching this community grow has made every hard day worth it.

June 1. Let’s do this.

Group Strength 72nd and Broadway 💪🏻

The world is so heavy right now but music heals. My new original song, “The Replay”, has officially dropped today to all streaming platforms. This song is truly one of my favorites that I have ever written. Thank you Scott Effman (@scottefff) for producing and to @anzieblue records + @unitedmasters. This song was inspired by my trip to Joshua Tree, CA last spring, which was spent writing music and finding inspiration among nature. I knew I wanted to write a song about replaying your day over and over again in your head. Thank you for taking a listen and supporting independent artists.

The Replay is one of my favorite original songs that I’ve ever written. I had the idea for it when I was in Joshua Tree, CA this past spring, songwriting and getting inspiration for my debut album. Sometimes.. all you can do is replay your day in your head over and over again. And that’s exactly what this song is about. So excited this is dropping in a few weeks. We recorded this at Henson Studios in LA, produced by Scott Effman (@scottefff). And Nashville, I’m ready for ya. Tonight at 7:30 at @musicmakersstage 🤘

With everything spinning out of control in the world right now, I’m constantly looking for ways to slow my mind down for a minute. I received a call a few days ago with a last minute opportunity I could not pass up. To tease my next single, my label (@anzieblue records) is running a commercial during the @goldenglobes and I wanted to produce the spot (thank you @canva for giving us indie artists the tools we need to make commercials in one day).

In a world that’s too much, we need to find time to exhale and lose ourselves in the healing power of music. Last spring, during the blood moon lunar eclipse, I went to Joshua Tree to write, reflect and center myself as I embark on the next phase of my journey as an independent artist. My experience in Joshua Tree inspired my next single, “The Replay.” Tune in to the @goldenglobes tonight (my spot runs in Tennessee at 5:59PM CST/red carpet and 8:07PM CST/awards). 🥹

Can we pls talk about my fav jacket I bought in Joshua tree at @sunofthedesert_ 🌵??

Wow. Didn’t realize my post with @bigxthaplug would go viral. 60,000+ views in less than 24 hours. I’m seeing a lot of new faces here, so I wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself.

I’m a 21-year-old indie folk artist/songwriter from Woodstock, NY, where I was homeschooled, and an only child, + started performing at the age of 4. I currently split my time between Nashville, TN, and Santa Monica, CA after leaving Woodstock in 2023. I recently released a reimagined version of “Close To You” (that was recorded at Henson Studios in LA) by my favorite singer, Karen Carpenter. The cherry on top was scoring my very first sync in the Hallmark movie “Adventures in Love and Birding.” I love introducing my generation to the music of the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Recently I’ve been speaking and performing at colleges around the country (Vanderbilt, NYU, Belmont) where I’ve been hosting workshops with students/artists on how to book your own tours after booking 1000+ shows and 5 global tours. I finally have a team now (@jeaninemclean, @marcieallenvanmol, @lchader, Rossi PC) + will be releasing my debut album in 2026. But don’t worry, I will be dropping singles from my EP throughout the Fall. This is a video from this summer of an original song off my EP called “The Perpetual Replay” that I recorded in Cannes when I attended @cannes_lions and performed for @elleuk. New single dropping this month. 👀

Live from Cannes, France. 🇫🇷 We filmed this outside in the most beautiful secret garden overlooking the city. I sat with the flowers. It was one of the most magical moments. Come on out to @thehotelcafe on Thursday night, July 10th at 7pm, for the first date of my summer residency. And yes, I will be playing this new original, “The Replay”. 🙃
