On tour with @f45_europe X @reebokeurope 🚎

Fitting to wrap up a great couple of weeks in my home town.

Over the last couple of weeks I got to coach in 3 very different rooms, and what’s funny is that I saw the same thing in each of those rooms. People willing to turn up, push themselves and catch a vibe while doing it.

If you ask me, I think that’s what finding your edge truly is. 🔋

Thank you @f45_highstreetkensington @caseyreine for inviting us into your studio and thanks to all the members that brought the energy.

@reebokeurope We need an encore. Perhaps we get all 3 studios together? @f45training_manchesternq @f45_training_ibiza @f45_highstreetkensington 👀

You should never have to sexual your body in sports. What a step back. What a disgrace.

Working with inspiring women in sports everyday is my favourite thing about my job. I’m constantly in awe by the strong women I work with and aspire to be like. 🫶🏼❤️
