🍊🦋Two for Tuesday 🦋🍊

Happy Tuesday booksta! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend so far 🥰

QOTD: What is your fav reading snack? Personally I love some biscuits or chocolate with a cup of tea 🍫

I got tagged by the lovely @bookishrabbits to do a blue and orange combo stack and I will admit I was struggling (with the oranges lol) so some of the books only have sections of orange featured - but that counts right? 👀

Also could not find an orange flower anywhere but then found these fake orange ones that somehow managed to hide away for ages (obvs had to edit the hell out of the picture to make them look nice lol) 🧡 and of course the blue butterflies had to make an appearance to snazz things up (we will not discuss why one has a broken wing - it’s a tragic tale that involves a merdog) 🦋

The books included are:

🧡 Brimstone by @calliehartauthor
💙 Quicksilver by @calliehartauthor
🧡 Throne of Broken Gods by @amber.v.nicole
💙 The Book of Azrael by @amber.v.nicole
🧡 Half City by @kategoldenauthor
💙 The Bridge Kingdom by @danielleljensen
🧡 Fury Bound by @sablesorensen

I have tagged some of my lovely bookish friends to take part and I’m so excited to see what you come up with! No pressure of course ✨

readers tag ⋆˚ʚɞ

saw @sunlitorchid do this tag a little while back and it was just calling my name for some reason?? 😌

𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒓 𝒏𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕?
it depends on what time of the year it is! if it’s during the school year i read mostly on my lunch and at night. if it’s during summer break (or really any break) i read in the morning way more often.

𝒂𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒐𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒐𝒓 𝒆𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌?
both! im usually reading two books at the same time: 1 audiobook and 1 ebook or physical book.

𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒓 𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏?
98% of the time i read fiction but once in a blue moon i’ll pick up a nonfiction book.

𝒑𝒂𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌?
i prefer hardbacks but don’t mind paperbacks if that's the only format the book comes in. 🙂‍↕️

𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒔 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓?
classics lover for sure, i have two tattoos influenced by classics.

𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒓 𝒏𝒐𝒊𝒔𝒆?
always noise, i’m either listening to lofi or playing a youtube reading ambience video while i’m reading.

𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝒐𝒓 𝒅𝒐𝒈 𝒆𝒂𝒓?
well i’m not a psychopath so i definitely use a bookmark??
