⚠️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT! @caseysilva74 came to us a few weeks ago with some wonderful goals. Casey competes OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) and she trains HARD! After asking Casey about 100 questions we were able figure out she wasn’t getting in enough protein. This woman went to work right away and trusted us. In the last week we made some radical changes to Casey’s plan and look at what happened!!! All of this is possible because of your communication, trust and discipline. We are so proud of you Casey! 💪🏼 “Proof that dedication to a healthy diet and exercise works. I am down 3.8% body fat in one week. #healthygains #strongwomen “ #5Starservice #Gains #community #5Starprogress #health #fitness #fitfam #warwick #rhodeisland #oceanstate #freeshipping #5starnutrition #supplements
