I’d do this toddler birthday party a thousand times over again! Simple, fun, and so many sweet photo ops!🥰 If you’re a local Chattanoogan, @queenskitchen423 is the best venue for smaller parties, and The Queen Team can help pull off the perfect celebration for any occasion! #toddlerbirthdayideas #thirdbirthday #halloweenbirthday #birthdayparade Ours was a Halloween birthday party and pumpkin parade, but this could be fun for really any theme/character party! Big thanks to @sarahyojax at @thebookandcover for kicking off the neighborhood birthday parade with a festive story! 📖 Stickers are always a win! Pumpkin decorating for a quick and easy activity! No mess success for the cutest little pumpkins from the @thebarnnursery of course! Light up buckets for everyone! Wouldn’t be a toddler birthday without ample snacks! Kids adored the Jack-o-lantern cutie oranges! 🍊🤗 Ending at the playground was the perfect way to burn off some sugar, and allow for everyone to part ways at their leisure! This year’s @chattanooga Best of the Best was special for a few reasons. After being named a finalist in the Best Personal Trainer category in 2024 and 2025, I was able to win 1st place this year. I’m so grateful for the support from clients, friends, family and the Chattanooga community! It was also special because @forte_fitness_chattanooga had two trainers represented in the top 3 of this category with @javyz17 being named finalist as well. Javy is extremely deserving of this recognition and I couldn’t be prouder to share in the celebration with him. It was awesome to have a full table of Forte people including some of my clients who showed up to support and celebrate us on the night! Winning first place this year meant that I was able to have my mom @pattifrierson hand me the official plaque commemorating the award. I’ll never forget the feeling of walking on stage, seeing how proud she was, and knowing what this moment meant to us. My family has been incredibly supportive since I began my personal training career over five years ago, and having my parents and siblings there was truly a full circle moment. Thank you to everyone who took a few minutes to nominate and vote for me this year! Next time, I’ll remember to keep the plaque level when posing for pictures!

This is how the Dolly Jacket came to be! I never posted the video, but here it is.
