IBIZA to BRIGHTON & HOVE: Next stop @rockwaterhove 🩷💚

We're back in the UK after an amazing run of events in Ibiza this year. Our first stop is Rockwater Hove where we'll be bringing another heavyweight lineup of the best local and international DJs, live vocalists and live percussion, plus some special guests on the night taking us through 6PM- Late 🔊🔊🔊

FLIPSIDE is an eclectic mix of DJ's live performers and instrumentalists. It's about being part of something bigger than a lineup. Recreating what we all loved about clubbing, no pretence, no egos, a nostalgic return to the golden era for the ones who lived it and a revelation for the younger generations who are yet to experience it. A beautifully diverse community who care less about socials and more about socialising, just the room full of people dancing, united by music.

Be there. Feel it. Saturday 29 August at Rockwater Hove.
See you on the Flipside x

Casey came to us wanting one simple thing…

To feel good in her own skin again.

She wanted to lose a bit of body fat, but more importantly she wanted to finally get consistent, despite working a crazy shift pattern.

Because let’s be honest… that’s where most people struggle.

It’s easy to stay on track when life’s simple and VERY hard when work or life is demanding!

So here’s what we focused on:

• Building a routine that worked around her shifts, not against them
• Keeping nutrition simple, flexible and realistic
• Prioritising protein and structure without restriction
• Training efficiently when she could and not always perfectly
• Removing the all-or-nothing mindset completely

No extremes ❌
No waiting for the “perfect week”.❌

Just consistency that fit her life.

And the result?

She stepped into her shoot looking and feeling amazing.

Confident.
Lean and toned!
Proud of what she’d achieved.

This is what happens when the plan fits you.

If you want results like this even with a busy, unpredictable schedule…

DM me COACHING and I’ll talk you through how we do it.

Yesterday was incredible and the best Summertime Ball so far imo. I experienced every single emotion and even shed a few tears, especially seeing @iamhalsey live for the first time and being surprised by @busted with @jonasbrothers! @capitalofficial #CapitalSTB
