Week 23 is in the books! Eight of us took on the Jordan Bridge today, but Fam First wasn’t limited to one location. Shoutout to everyone who couldn’t make it out but still got up and put their miles in on their own. That’s what it’s all about—staying committed and getting better wherever you are! 💪🏾💗

22 weeks straight is crazy when you really think about it. I’m proud of everybody who has pulled up, walked, jogged, ran, brought somebody with them or just supported the movement.

This started as an idea and really became a lifestyle. We outside every Sunday getting better. Why would we stop?

18 weeks strong, The rain tried to change the game plan, but Fam First still got it done! 🏈🌧️

We started under gray skies, kept moving, and the sun came out right in the middle of the run. Proud of everybody who came through and put in that work at Mt. Trashmore today. That’s what it’s about. 🙌🏾

And since the weather didn’t let everybody get their moment, we’re running Rep Your Team back next Sunday, September 20! Same good energy, another chance to show your colors. Location coming soon.

@casha_k threw out a last-minute Labor Day challenge—and y’all showed up and SHOWED OUT! 🌉🔥

A few people were nervous about taking on the Jordan Bridge, but we didn’t let that stop us. We walked it, ran it, pushed through it—and GOT IT DONE!

I’m so proud of everybody who came out, faced the challenge and proved something to themselves today. Sometimes the best moments aren’t planned…you just have to show up.

Week 17 started a little slow. The holiday weekend had everybody moving at their own pace, people were running behind and even the sky felt a little gray.

But once the sun came out, the energy picked up—and the day turned into another great one! That’s what this is about: showing up, pushing through and getting better together.
