How much longer will you avoid what you’re capable of doing just to stay where it’s comfortable?

This industry isn’t hard because the work is impossible.
It’s hard because it demands all of you.
Your honesty, your discipline, your grit.

It asks you to show up, to keep going,
and to bet on yourself before anyone else does.

Stop waiting for the perfect time.
It doesn’t exist.

Get focused. Get sharp. Get to work.
