This is what consistency looks like.

Not one great workout.

Not being motivated every Monday.

Not training perfectly every week.

It’s showing up again and again.

Cassidy has put in the work throughout the year through the good weeks, the busy weeks and everything in between.

And that’s where the results come from.

Consistency.

Turning up.

Doing the work.

Adjusting when life gets in the way.

Then getting back to it.

You don’t need to be perfect to make progress.

You just need to keep moving forward.

That’s the difference between having a training program…

and actually having a process that works.

Small efforts, repeated over time, create big changes.

Proud of the work, @cassidy__commons 👊

Nothing flashy about this session. No PR, no big moment. Just showing up and doing the work.

That’s genuinely 90% of what gets results. Not the perfect program, not some secret technique — just this, repeated, week after week.

Cassidy’s a good example of that. She’s running a business, working, dancing on top of it — plenty of reasons to skip a session. She still shows up.

This is what I mean when I say the plan matters less than the consistency. Give someone a decent plan and the ability to actually stick to it, and the results take care of themselves.

YOU vs YOU!

Not you vs whoever you’re scrolling past on Instagram right now.

My client is a dancer. Full-body functional work, real core strength — none of it built by chasing what she saw someone else doing online. It’s built by showing up to her own baseline, week after week, regardless of what anyone else’s highlight reel looks like.

Here’s the trap: social media shows you someone else’s best day, edited, filtered, and completely disconnected from your starting point. Comparing your week one to their year five isn’t motivation. It’s a setup to feel like you’re failing before you’ve even started.

The only comparison that actually means anything is you now vs you a month ago. That’s it. That’s the whole game.

Forget the influencer. Focus on your baseline. Beat that, and you’re winning — regardless of what anyone else is doing.

This isn’t about how she looks. It’s about what she can do now that she couldn’t do before.

A# pull-up isn’t something that happens by accident. It takes months of consistent strength work — showing up on the weeks she didn’t feel like it, following the programming even when progress felt slow.

This is what “keeping up” actually looks like. Not chasing a number on the scale. Building real, functional strength that carries into everything else — work, life, the physical demands of just getting through a full week.

Consistency doesn’t just change how you look. It changes what your body is capable of.

That’s the outcome. Structure is how you get there.
