GIRL DAD….the best to ever do it.!!! The ROCK of our family and the calm in a house that was full of women! The “coach” to our girls and their biggest hero. The BEST decision I ever made was marrying you and you becoming the worlds greatest father. Thank you for giving our girls the perfect example of what it takes to be a DAD. You did good ❤️

My playing background, Part 3: College Volleyball🤍🏐

I had the opportunity to play 5 full years of Division I volleyball at CBU after receiving an extra season of eligibility from COVID, and I’m incredibly grateful for every lesson, teammate, and memory that came with it. I met some of my very best friends through this program, and those relationships will always mean so much to me.

One thing I hope younger athletes always remember: never let anyone tell you that you’re “too short.” I’m 5’8” and played through the front row at the Division I level!

As a setter, I loved the responsibility that came with leading an offense and competing at a high level every day. I loved playing in front of big crowds, the pressure of close matches, and the intensity that comes with Division I competition. During my time at CBU, I surpassed 2,000 career assists, finished ranked 7th all-time in program history for assists and 2nd in the program’s Division I era, and earned multiple WAC All-Academic Team selections.

I’m also incredibly thankful volleyball gave me the opportunity to earn both my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and my MBA during my time at CBU.

College volleyball taught me so much about leadership, resilience, discipline, and confidence — lessons I still carry with me every day as a coach and person.

Forever thankful to be a Lancer 🤍
