haven’t posted in a min and feeling sentimental about the journey the last 4-5 months, so i wanted to make a small appreciation post for the person who has helped keep me accountable to achieving my goals of getting back in the gym.

i’m so thankful for this lady because she has helped motivate me to do better and to be better, which in turn has resulted in me having months now of consistently getting in the gym 5 days a week. after essentially 2 years out from the gym (with some small periods of working out in between) this is the most consistent i’ve been back in and i can only thank you and i love you @cassie.atterson for this. i told her months ago i wasn’t gonna let her out work me and she said the same and so seldom we’ve missed any workouts besides a week or two that we’ve been sick, and i’m very thankful for that. it’s been fun to grow in the gym with you and to start feeling like myself again, and anyone that helps me feel like myself again i’m forever indebted to. thanks for being my gym partner these last few months and my favorite gym buddy — i love working out with you and love you in general cassie 😘
