A year ago today I had the best body that I’ve ever had in my entire life 😩 also a year ago I had the opportunity to be in this photoshoot, with these beautiful ladies and I’m still forever grateful to have been apart of this. And it wouldn’t have happened without @cassie_elmore ❤️ #girlpower

“This is me accepting that sometimes beautiful things end. This is me understanding that there is nothing I can say, or do, to fix that. This is me coming to terms that leaving is an act of love, too.” So it’s official, I have moved back home to California. For 5 years, I called Jacksonville my home away from home. It was the place I was born and ended up back at 18 years later on a soccer scholarship. The way I had envisioned college to be was pretty much nothing like what I actually experienced. I thought I would walk away with 20+ best friends and a future husband by the end of it. Boy was I wrong, but I finished college with so much more. A few life long friends that I know will actually have my back through anything and luckily not married lol (I had to discover who I was as an individual in these 5 years). And also, I cannot thank God enough for putting Carolyn into my life. I honestly don’t think I would’ve made it here without you. Love you so much, you have made me a better person. I’ll miss our motivational talks about life and feeding off each others positive energy. I can’t really put into words what this girl means to me. You’re my best friend for life 🔒👭 Swipe right to see all the memories I made in this city with some of the best people 💛

Today I stood with for the most part 12 new beautiful ladies for a senior project for my roommate and bestfriend. Cassie’s focus was to emphasize that beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, you name it. It was a pretty amazing thing to see girls break out of their comfort zone, pose with strangers, and feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Its SO important to remind each other there is no such thing as a “perfect body”, everyone has qualities that make them rare and beautiful. I feel like it’s so easy to compare yourself, when instead we should be flaunting and exploiting our own uniqueness! Nothing more beautiful than seeing someone feel love and confidence towards them-self.🌼#positivevibes #loveyourself #goodassvibes
